Came in to sort my sons phone connection out dealt with Matt and he was great managed to redo deals on all my existing accounts will be back to upgrade in due course - very friendly and personable keep up the good work

Visit to renew contract.

My wife and I visited the Truro Vodafone shop and were greeted and welcomed by Sam. He was vey helpful in explaining the options for renewing one of our contracts. Since we were short of time, we went back a couple of hours later and were welcomed by Maddie who continued with upgrading the contract to an Unlimited Premier Package. Both Sam and Maddie were extremely professional and very friendly and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

I came in today to upgrade my phone

I came in today to upgrade my phone. Maddie was very helpful and friendly throughout. She found me a plan which suited me for the latest phone, which is cheaper than I'm currently paying.
I tried to do this online but I'm so glad I came in store. It was stress free and I ended up with a better deal.
