Mark was very helpful, good advice and nothing was a bother
Andrew was observed to be very king and patient to an elderly gentleman who was struggling with his phone

very helpful

Went to sunderland store to get help with getting home broadband and adilah was the best help. Got sorted within 20 minutes after id struggled with the app.
