Great outcome
Just completed a new upgrade with Katy who was brilliant, very helpful and informative, sorted out a brilliant deal on a Samsung S24 Ultra, very happy with outcome and all the other staff were spot on, would definitely recommend this store.

Carl and Seana were great help
Carl and Seana were great help, been in twice and both times we 100% good experiences.. had the option of getting my contract through the telephone service by Vodafone but chose to use the store due to Carls great customer service helping me get the phone after a few issues.

I had an issue with my mobile phone 💯% my own stupid fault 🤦🏼. I popped into the Vodafone store in King Street South Shields Tyne & Wear after work to see if anyone could help me.
I explained my issue to Seana at Vodafone she was very understanding and very helpful putting my mind at ease about the problem. Seana was able to do a factory reset for me. I definitely felt a lot better after my visit to the Vodafone store in King Street. I’ve only been into the King Street store twice but I’ve always found the staff at Vodafone to be extremely helpful 😊
