Went into the vodaphone shop in…

Went into the vodaphone shop in lowestoft with my elderly mum and saw James. Very helpful and patient with my mum for all the questions she had.

Went in to the Lowestoft Vodafone shop…

Went in to the Lowestoft Vodafone shop and was served by Bob what a lovely man, nothing was to much trouble,took his time to explain what I needed to ,went back again Saturday and fixed my problem again nothing to much trouble.also a good funny sense of humour..a credit to u . Fantastic service

Came in to get help with a sim only…

Came in to get help with a sim only card, was helped by Chloe who was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know and I was very happy that she helped me she managed to get what I came in for! Will defo be using them again if I need help with anything else chloe defo deserves a bonus!😊

Bob and Anthony are wonderful

We have visited this store a few times, there is one closer to where we live but I know that Bob and Anthony will always sort what we need, Bob is an absolute star and a real asset to Vodafone, I know I can go there and the service is incredible

Really helpful staff

Went into my local Vodafone because my phone was hacked. I saw Bob and James and between them they really helped and assured me that I hadn't been hacked. They changed some settings and so far the issue hasn't come back. Extremely happy and when I'm due an upgrade I will definitely be coming back

Needed a Sim only upgrade

I needed to upgrade my contract to a new sim only. James the advisor at the Lowestoft branch was fantastic, made the process super simple and stress free. I got what I wanted and would recommend the store to friends and family.

The two staff members in my local…

The two staff members in my local Lowestoft Vodafone store LU and BOB were so helpful they went above and beyond to sort out a problem and gave advice, it’s the best customer service I have ever received anywhere

Vodafone store amazing

After spending nearly 6 hours on the phone with Vodfone to sort out moving my boardband and sims over to Vodafone without any success I came into store. Bob was amazing sorted everything I needed in no time. Was very helpful and full of advice. Super service and lesson learned pop into store and get the personal touch of help and advice.
