James was extremely helpful and it felt good to go into a store and talk to someone. He was really kind and helped with everything I needed and more. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best deals for me. Virus wiped!
Scott, and Anthony, helped me very efficiently and kindly with a virus on my phone. They got rid of all the 'weird' pop ups and the root issue, a dodgy app. Thank you!

Went to the lowestoft store for help with my phone. Scott and james were able to fix it saving me the hassle of buying a new one. When my contract ends i will be back for sure
