Excellent Service

Scott was amazing. I had previously seen him before with a problem and today waited for him to resolve again. His customer service, patience and attention to solving problems is a credit to the store management. Thank you Scott for helping finally sorting the issue out. Will wait patiently again for him next time.

Kieron is amazing

Kieron was amazing, I’ve had months of poor customer service, went in to see Kieron and he sat with me and my partner for a couple hours and got everything sorted for us over the phone with customer service and explained everything to us very clearly, he is an absolute gem to your company thank you Kieron

I got a new sim only deal today with kieran in vodaphone horsham. What a pleasure to deal with. Polite, efficient, and knew his stuff. Whole process took leas than 15 minutes! Brilliant. Well done kieran.
