Rude and Unprofessional Advisor

Today, at around 14:55, I went to Hackney Vodafone to exchange my phone to a different colour. I approached one of the workers at the “Ready to Help” desk (he had a grey cardigan, quite young). He told me that I am unable to do an exchange and Vodafone ONLY does returns in order to change the colour. I told him I had been on the phone with Vodafone and he said “I don’t know what to tell you, it will affect your credit”. I then left the store and was told by Vodafone that it is not needed to run a credit check.

He was very rude, unprofessional, and had me travel all the way to the other side of London to get a simple dolour change. Absolutely ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received, and it has eroded my confidence in the brand. I ended up cancelling my contract all together as it is before the 14 days of purchase.

Your worker has a nasty attitude.

Expert and Friendly service

I had my phone pickpocketed and came here to sort it out. Jason was extremely helpful and informative about the process, and the current deals they had, as well as picking the right plan and the right phone.

Overall the experience was very professional and friendly, and he made sure I had the best experience.

While serving me, he made sure people were not waiting in vain as well. Great staff.

Great experience with Jason and Azmol…

Great experience with Jason and Azmol today at the vodafone store in hackney! They've helped me get a sim card after a long wait with other service providers and made the whole experience very pleasant. Would recommend !

Came into store to browse their sim…

Came into store to browse their sim only offers and was greeted by Mahfuz, he was well spoken and provided great customer service, made me feel at ease and not pressured into buying anything and he had great knowledge on what vodaphone offers

Excellent Service at Vodafone

I recently visited a Vodafone store to switch my SIM, and Mahfuz was the representative who assisted me. Mahfuz was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process, ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied with the new SIM.

He patiently explained everything I needed to know about the SIM swap and took the time to answer all of my questions. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was set up correctly and even showed me how to use the Vodafone app on my phone.

Overall, I had a great experience with Mahfuz, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their Vodafone service. Thank you, Mahfuz, for your excellent service!
