Mobile unable to connect to internet
Had issues with my phone connecting with the internet when out and about and Zac was very helpful and polite and found the problem with the SIM card, worked his magic and all is well many thanks Zac 🇬🇧

John Gosport/Fareham
I first met John in the Gosport branch of Vodafone when he explained options suitable for my contract renewal.
He was extremely helpful and professional giving details of plans which might suit my personal needs.
A week later after thinking about the plans he had offered I visited the Fareham shop and John was there. Once again, so helpful, made me feel at ease and I signed up . Thankyou so much John.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I wanted to move network to Vodafone so came into the Fareham Store and Teo ensured I got the best value for what I needed, explained everything well and made sure I had the right understanding of the deal I had chosen. Very pleased!

My daughter who is visually impaired and I both upgraded our phones today. Jimi was amazing! He transferred our stuff from both phones to the new ones and made sure that my daughter's phone was up and running with everything she needed on it. Thank you Jimi for your time and patience

Superb service !!!
The advisor instore called Zac was extremely helpful and sorted our issue that the call centre couldn't after many attempts, I would advise anyone to use the shop rather than call centre
