I came into store looking to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Luke straight away where he spoke to me about some options and we settled on a phone. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything as there was a little language barrier between us.

Amazing service

The service from John was outstanding. His patience and professionalism definitely makes him an asset to the store.

We had to sort out our addresses which was proving difficult but John sorted it out for us and at the same time being amazing with our young children

I was unable to pair my hearing aids to…

I was unable to pair my hearing aids to my phone. I came in to the Fareham Vodafone shop and saw Alex. He was extremely helpful and proved himself very knowledgeable and solved the very frustrating problem. I would highly recommend the shop and especially Alex.

Customer service.

Kai was insanely helpful. Literally did everything I needed and wanted. I got a good price and new phone. He talked me through EVERYTHING and I am a huge technophobe.
