Hello

Hello, after 4 years of loyal service with Vodaphone. I decided to end my contract. I spoke to someone about an iphone 15 contract and decided to end my contract. They said they would do this. On wait nothing happened. On messaging agent Jack. I asked to end my contract. He asked why ? I replied that Vodaphone has lost a lot of coverage in my area. On asking the provider I would change to I answered Lyca he said they were a 3 rd party provider. There coverage is poor. He continued to slate them. I think any company that slags off another company is totally unprofessional. I asked to cancel immediately. It was hard work to canel from them and I have give 30 days notice. What a rotten company the are. I just want to say Vodaphone you should be ashamed.

Popped in to Vodafone Durham today to ask about an update..
I was served by Taz..

Very professional all the way through, went through every little detail with me regarding my update.

I was in a total of roughly 30 minutes but we constantly laughed about stuff and when we were waiting for details to load we just made general conversation.

When you visit ask for Taz for the best customer service!

Very helpful

Mark and Taz took me through the options for a new handset very clearly and once selected, patiently did the phone transfer. Could not have been more helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent customer care…

Tax was very supportive and showed great empathy with my issue today. He showed patience and great knowledge. Taz made sure I was completely satisfied with his service provided to me today. I can honestly say he has given me confidence back that I am a valued customer to Vodafone and I will continue to give Vodafone my loyalty as a valued customer.
