I had mollie dealing with me yesterday and it was a long time I think 3 hours near enough and she was amazing helped me from start to finish took the time to fine other solutions when nothing was working and I really appreciate it she was so lovely and if I ever need to come back she would be the first person I look for to resolve any issues was a grate experience ❤️ 💗

I had quite a complex issue to sort out and I was helped by Jordan. He was polite, knowledgeable, understanding and so personable. I had initially spoke to an advisor on the phone but by going in store it was resolved with his help. The store manager/supervisor was also on hand to assist. Excellent customer service! Was served by Jordan who was so helpful. I’d had my phone stolen and he black listed it and reassured me what that meant and went through step by step with me to get a good deal for a new phone and contract plan that suited me. He was very understanding and patient with a warm friendly manner who didn’t make me feel silly if I didn’t understand any “teq talk”. An amazing member of staff who is highly recommend. Great customer service
Went to Chatham vodaphone store to enquire about new phone and best deals. Jordan was so polite, helpful and patient with us and very knowledgeable. He gave us the perfect customer service and a lot of he’s time. I’m very pleased with the phone that I got and if it wasn’t for the fact that I needed to leave to get to work Jordan would of also transferred everything from my old phone over for me but he did explain exactly how to do this and ensured any difficulties then he would be there to assist if needed. Lovely young lad that’s a credit to the company.

Home broadband and upgrades
I came in for home broadband and 2 upgrades. Jordan was great at ensuring I knew everything about the contracts and that I left knowing everything I needed to know. I’m very happy with the customer service I received.
