Voda Fix and Go Tech Guy was great

I visited Cardiff Vodafone store this morning. I had booked a Fix and Go repair for my mobile which had charging issues. DAVID, your Tech Guy, said it only required the charging port cleaning which he did within the hour. My mobile charges perfectly now and it cost less than a third of the cost to replace the charging port, saving me loads.

Amazing Service!

I visited the Cardiff store to query a broadband and a sim only deal. I was served by an advisor named Huw who made the experience effortless and went the extra mile to ensure I fully understood the process. There was no delays in the service received and I throughly appreciated the lengths Huw took to bring me on board. Thank you Huw! I’ve been welcomed to Vodafone!

David the Amazing Repair Specialist in Vodafone St Davids Centre Cardiff

I went into the Vodafone store in St Davids Centre in Cardiff last week.I was besides myself as unbeknown to me i had downloaded an app which resulted in my mobile going absolutely mental & having 37 viruses.I was unable to use my phone at all & was very worried regarding my information held on the mobile.David the repair specialist was amazing.within minutes my phone was sorted & up & running again.He also put my mind at rest explaining that the viruses were not harmful.What excellent service.Thank you David for all your help & making my day.
