I found them very helpful with my question and fast reply.

My original order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were too big so had to re-order. The returns process was very simple and through courier company was able to track my return. It took a week to process and when I emailed to follow up I got a reply straight away and a day later my full refund.
All quite seamless really pleased.
I also received my reordered item just as quickly. Very satisfied.

Customer services are very good.. problem was dealt with very quickly and by email.

I ordered a pair of trainers sadly to big so had to return t&e trainers arrived with in 3 working days the refund was processed 3 days after I returned exceptional service. The trainers were good quality I will be ordering again .I highly recommend

Was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis at 8am Tuesday 4th March and advised by the GP to buy footwear with arch support.
Came home, googled and found Vionic - order some arch support slippers at 08:35am - AND THEY ARRIVED AT 2:30 PM TODAY!
Amazing customer service - 30 hours from order to receipt and they are soooo comfortable and have helped with ease the pain on my poor heel.
Worth every penny - really pleased with Vionic and will order more from them.

Had a query and emailed them and a lady called Hayley responded very promptly. She was very helpful and dealt with my query with professionalism. It is so nice to actually deal with a person rather than a robot. The customer service is excellent and the sandals which I ordered are lovely. I will be ordering more as they deserve the custom. Bought a pair of rejuvenate sandals that came damaged but customer service were very helpful and quickly replaced it. Hayley at customer service was fantastic she answers emails immediately and rectified the problem quickly.
Love the new sandals, feet ache initially but after that you can wear them all day with no issues. I have issues with my posture knees and feet and usually my feet and knees would swell standing/walking but not an issue with these sandals. Great investment, service & experience all round.

I own five pairs of Vionic Berlin Drift trainers in various colours and one pair of Lynez slippers and wouldn’t consider any other brand of footwear. Due to an accident, I have mobility problems and also am aged 82! My slippers are grey suede and I wear them constantly at home. I recently emailed Vionic for advice on cleaning them and received a prompt and detailed response from HAYLEY. I heeded her advice and followed her cleaning instructions, applying them to the trainers as well as the slippers. Everything now looks brand new! Thank you so much! 🤗

Was communicating with customer service and looking for simple answer: is in stock available narrow fit shoes, but unfortunately communication is so pure, there is no answer only sending me to links…decided not purchasing again after unsuccessful purchase and no customer support care…

Vionic stands by the quality of their shoes. That is something these days.

I just purchased my fourth pair of Vionic shoes, but had to change one pair for a smaller size. Although I normally take a 4.5 size, this shoe needed to be size 4. The exchange was a super fast 24 hours turn around which was really impressive. Of course Vionic shoes are super comfortable but they are stylish too. Wonderful service - happy customer - thank you.

Vionic responded very quickly to a query over a faulty adjuster fixing on a pair of slippers I had received as a Christmas present. I was delighted that a replacement was provided first thing the next day following submission of photos of the fault. Outstanding communications, service and outcome in under 18 hours! The slippers are a fantastic fit, "feel", and positive impact on posture and foot alignment, so it was important that the adjusters worked well. Couldn't be better. Thank you!

I had a small issue with the slippers I bought from Vionic. This was dealt with very efficiently by Hayley from customer service and I received a full refund including postage.

Had a problem with quality and was afraid that my complaint was being ignored but after some email mix ups that finally got sorted, I'm pleased to say I have now been given a credit note for the full amount off my original purchase.

These shoes have helped amazingly with my plantar fasciitis, I've heavily worn my last pair for 2 years they are just now starting to get to tatty to wear despite still being very wearable, so I've ordered two new pairs some but unfortunately one pair arrived slightly damaged very minor fault. I have to say their customer service lady has been absolutely fantastic really helpful quickly getting back to me and has arranged a replacement pair to be sent out straight away. Couldn't ask for anymore

They Are Scammers, Beware.
I placed an order online and paid. They also charged me for postage, which was fine.
They sent me a notification of receipt and a confirmation of the order and this was followed by another email later to state that it has been dispatched. Lo and behold, a few days later, an email from Sam Edelman arrive to state that the boots are out of stock and no refunds will be made as I have not paid. What a scam! I will sort them out via PayPal and get my payment, regardless. People, avoid Sam Edelman like the plague.
To also add that the pair of boots in the size that I had ordered, which they said is not available, is still showing as available on the website.

I bought some shoes that were on sale ... and they have been really helpful for my plantar fasciitis. Thank you. Much less pain than my normal shoes. Came by Evri in three working days.
