Wowww !! Quelle rapidité !! Commandé lundi et reçu jeudi c'est extra-rapide !!!!! Bien emballé, aucune casse, belles tasses de Noêl prêtes à être offertes !! Y'a plus qu'à attendre à les déposer au sapin !!

Purchased goods and paid over £125 on 7/10. On 16/10 tracked them with DPD as still had not arrived. Noticed the delivery address was partially mine and partially an address I did not know. Immediately emailed and rung V B. They said they couldn’t help. They emailed me back after my call with a contact for DPD which did not exist. Ended up contacting them numerous times, they could not or rather would not contact DPD to amend address. They had the temerity to suggest I reorder goods paying a second time, which I refused to do. Today tracking the goods they were refused delivery by DPD and are their way back to Germany. Two weeks they’ve had my money and I’ve nothing to show for it. They are refusing a refund until the goods arrive back to them. I have demanded a refund now but don’t hold out any hope. If I get a refund it will be 4 weeks after they took my money and kept it without giving me my goods. Atrocious customer service. Definitely disproves German efficiency! Please do not ever buy from them. I wish I had seen the reviews on here as I would never have purchased from a fly by night scam crowd like this if I had.

Achat de verres à vins, rien de compliqué à première vue et pourtant...
3 semaines pour être livré, bien loin des 4/5 jours ouvrés.
L'expérience désastreuse est incarnée par le service client bien fade voire désinvolte. "C'est pas nous c'est DPD", "vous serez livré SOUS PEU, ça n'arrive jamais."
Quand on se plaint un peu on se voit offrir 10% d'avoir sur la boutique, mais quel est l'intérêt de ce geste commercial
Quand on est déçu d'un restaurant bien catastrophique généralement on y retourne pas...

Est-ce que vous lisez les avis sur votre entreprise ? La livraison est une catastrophe. Normal c'est DPD qui s'en occupe. Jamais une livraison ne se passe bien avec eux. Ils sont inconséquents. Même plus la peine de les présenter tellement leurs avis sont pitoyables. Changez de transporteur !!!!!!! J'ai toujours une commande de 1362€ dans la nature. 1er passage ils déposent le bon sans sonner ni téléphoner (comme d'hab c'est plus rapide). On reprogramme une livraison et la, plus aucune nouvelle. Le point relai est à 45km. Très pratique !! Je me demande si ma commande s'est vraiment déplacée ou si le vrai livreur c'est moi ?

Après avoir acheté il y a un mois une toilette suspendue de la marque villeroy et boch qui a été placée par un plombier ( qualité très bien pour autant que vous entreteniez correctement le wc ), je suis entré ds le magasin du même nom à Louvain à 2 reprises, et contrairement aux avis négatifs que j'ai lu après coup, la nouvelle vendeuse Deborah m'a reçu dans les 2 langues sans aucun accent. Très sympathique, donne des conseils, et grace à cela j'ai acheté des produits pour environ 400 euros Des objects qui pour moi, me correspondent Lorsque l'avis est positif, il faut avoir aussi l'envie de le partager Merci au magasin pour la remise

Ik had een eetservies besteld van op hun website dat normaal gezien binnen de 7dagen ging aankomen… we zijn nu 2 maanden verder… ik heb nog niets ontvangen. Hun klantenservice meermaals emails gestuurd en telefonisch proberen te bereiken en nog geen antwoord gekregen. Als je denkt om van dit site of bedrijf of whatever te bestellen bespaar jezelf van ellende.. als ik dit had geweten had ik naar eender welke andere winkel geweest om mijn servies te kopen. 1 ster is zelfs echt al te veel voor hun

After a lot of hesitation, I ordered a set of 8 pasta plates on the Villeroy & Boch french site. When I received the articles, I decided to return them as both design and quality were beyond my expectations and experience - I have over 100 articles of the brand. The return instrucions were to take the parcel to chronopost.fr and send it free of charge. The return sticker was not provided, just 'bon de retour'. Chronopost could not accept the parcel. I returned home with heavy box, tried calling the client service, all lignes busy. Left my number to be called back, no luck the same day, still waiting. Sent an email, they acknoledged receiving it, let's see.

Les toilettes japonaises ont un problème tous les 6 mois.
La douchette reste bloquée, le système fuit à profusion dans et hors de la cuvette.
Les plombiers ne peuvent pas toujours intervenir sur ce système ce qui nous oblige à passer par Villeroy et Boch.
Le produit est sous garantie mais impossible d'avoir une réponse en moins d'un mois et encore moins une intervention.
Vous paierez un produit qui ne fonctionne pas très cher et une garantie qui ne les engage à rien.

ONGOING ISSUE: We have a large selection of MANUFACTURE ROCK (Black) crockery which is beautiful to look at and use: EXCEPT that all 12 of the Coffee Cups have stains around the rim in the first 12-18 months of use. The cups are thoroughly rinsed with Washing up liquid & a sponge and then washed in the dishwasher after each use.
The "Customer Happiness Team" recommended we use a Ceramic Hob Cleaner (seriously) on the inside of the cups to remove the stains, also telling us to do exactly what we have been doing to clean them. There is clearly a problem in the production of these cups in the firing or glazing but since May 2023, we have had no constructive help or advice from V&B.
We sent an email to the CEO two days ago but have had no response - clearly he does not care any more than the "Customer Happiness Team"!!!! We were promised a call from a UK Retail Area Manager but none has been received. APPALLING & SHAMEFUL SERVICE........

received a decanter to gove as a gift but the product was damaged . Sent a photo . Over a month later and having returned the item I have still not received replacement . Customer service via email is shocking - takes forever to respond. they could easily have just arranged a replacement or refund when I sent the photo of the damage.

Hi, I bought a mug from this company they put the written text in one side and it’s on the wrong side, when I hold the mug on my right hand I can’t see the text. I told them I am right handed not left..they didn’t care at all, they said the “the printing was taking without taking in to consideration a particular side”!

Qualité de certaines pièces très décevante (et encore plus si rapporté au prix). Exemples :
- Système Suprafix 3.0 de leur abattant de WC, ce n'est pas l'invention du siècle. Ah c'est sûr, il n'y a rien de visible. Mais soit vous serrez légèrement et l'abattant bouge, soit vous serrez plus franchement et le système de fixation finit par lâcher : forcément, quand on utilise du plastique...(la pièce qui lâche ne se vend pas seule, il faut racheter un kit à 60€ env...)
- Rosace du système de charnière : état de surface de la face cachée pas impeccable, ce qui fait que ça finit par rouiller...
- Abattant de WC qui a en partie jauni, sans raison évidente

Here is a Customer Service request we sent in March 25, 2023 on an ongoing issue — but no one from Villeroy and Boch has responded — even the Bay repeatedly advised to keep on scrubbing the black lines in the plates and bowls…in the future, would never purchase anything in the Villeroy and Boch product line…expensive and not worth the money.
…message to V&B — We purchased an entire set of Villeroy and Boch dishes including all the serving pieces and accessories — we LUVd the look of the set but now not the overall quality and functionality of the set. We immediately had issue with the finish on the plates with black marks even on surfaces where there has NO cutting with silverware. The Hudson Bay advised to use Logistina China Cleaner — that worked but all the plates and soup bowls have to be cleaned every-time. Now the finish is coming off the plates and soup bowls…I am requesting a review and advice on what you are willing to do for us. I also have a complete set of Denby and the finish is perfect. Finally, many years ago, on my recommendation, my niece purchased the same set and is having exactly the same problem — perhaps to be considerate of our issues and in light this was not a one-off — the plates and soup bowls should be replaced for us both. To conclude, we have done research and some feedback is indicating the black marks are a sign of lead deposits in the material which is a health issue. We await your review and response.

Everything from ordering to delivery was fantastic. The items I ordered is exquisite.
I will highly recommend them. I don’t have any problem with them at all.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a few dishes for my mum for Christmas, 2 out of 3 of them were broken. The packaging is so poor!!! there was no bubble wrap around the dishes, just loose in a box.

After not being able to get hold of the customer service department via telephone, I was in correspondence with someone via email, completely useless and didn't seem to care.

After telling them it needs to be packaged safely, i received a replacement today with both dishes broken.

So frustrating !!!!!

Over decades I have collected Christmas ornaments made by Villeroy & Boch. This year I decided to purchase the Christmas Memory Santa Sleigh Ride. What a disappointment the reindeers hoofs were badly chipped and one of the reindeers ears has a chip out of it as well. I was actually thinking of asking for a replacement before I read these reviews now I am just going to return to that well known online company A----- and get a refund. Such a shame that another once great company standards have fallen . Worse still they produce tat and still demand a premium price for it.

Waardeloze zaak. Klantenservice niet te bereiken. Pakket nooit geleverd. Telefoonnummer dus altijd buiten werking en op de site verschuilen ze zich nogsteeds achter de omstandigheden van corona etc. Ik koop hier niets meer van

Produit de très mauvaise qualité au prix de luxe et service client désinvolte.
J’ai acheté des toilettes lavantes à 2 000€ qui ont arrêté de fonctionner en moins de 8 mois.
Je me retrouve avec des toilettes standard qui valent 300€, c’est un bel écart de prix.
Le produit est encore sous garanti mais après plus d’un mois il n’y a toujours aucune intervention de la part du service client.
Il faut compter une semaine entre chaque échange avec le service client.
Beaucoup d’argent et de temps gâché avec une entreprise qui se moque du service client.

J'ai contacté téléphoniquement la plateforme suite à un problème sur une baignoire balnéo. Aucune solution ne m'a été trouvée .

Odd experience. When you pay premium that is in part for the quality service. I bought a $700 flatware set and the company refused to cancel the order because Villeroy & Boch USA locks the orders on the very first day.

With that said, when asked about shipping the representative said that it takes 5-10 business days to process.

Villeroy & Boch USA and Canada are not reliable company to work with.
