villeroy et boch ne veut rien savoir car la garantie s'applique sur un produit non posé ou non déballé !
la blague ! villeroy & Boch : une marque à bannir définitivement . autant acheter chez casto.

Soit disant haute gamme mais pas le service qui va avec, j’ai commandé tout chez eux du carrelage aux meubles, l’armoire ne passe pas dans la salle de. Et on aimerait la changer mais personne a l’écoute, pas de conseil non plus. Je préfère 1000 fois aller chez Leroy merlin ou Castorama.
Changer vos conseillers avant de pratiquer ces prix

Très déçue par les informations données dans la boutique : sur internet c’est moins cher mais on vous répond que c’est de l’occasion alors que c’est une boutique qui vend 2 fois moins cher
Passez votre chemin l’accueil n’est vraiment pas sympathique et j’ai fini par acheter sur internet c’était beaucoup plus avantageux et livré rapidement
Dommage moi qui aime privilégier le commerce de proximité j’ai été vraiment très déçue

Seven years ago I had a bad service experience with V&B where it took them weeks to supply me with replacement hinges for their defective toilet seat and their local distributor was extremely rude and unhelpful. Now with a new V&B toilet seat the hinge screws fell out and they have not given me the slightest service. They kept promising to help me but never did. Then one of their agents in Belgium sent me a very rude message saying they cant help me and telling me to contact their local distributor, which was closed for a weeklong holiday. Now the toilet seat is broken and the local distributor says they must wait for their supplier to see whether they have a new toilet seat that fits my toilet bowl. There is no end in sight.

Ça fait de la com' en se disant écolo, qu'ils pensent à l'environnement la planète et tout et tout. Mais quand il s'agit de vendre des couverts d'une ménagère, encore en production, à l'unité là c'est impossible. J'ai passé 1 mois à me faire balader avec le SAV pour au finale me dire qu'il faut TOUT racheter pour avoir 4 cuillères. À fuir...

attention, la pire des entreprises à qui acheter des couverts.
A toutes et à tous, je vous informe tout d’abord que villeroy & boch n’est pas fabriquant de ses couverts, vous achetez de la sous-traitance, ils n’ont aucun savoir faire à ce sujet!!! Etonné?? moi je le suis, et n’en ai jamais été informé!!!
je me suis fait ESCROQUER d’une menagere septfontaine, achetée 1300€, remplie de defauts… c’est simple, 70 pièces, quasi un defaut sur chaque pieces!!!
SERVICE CLIENT DEPLORABLE!! en fait, si vous avez un problème… ne les contactez pas… de ce fait … bah n’achetez pas chez eux!!!!!

I had ordered a taupe coloured subway 3.0 2 drawer double vanity unit and was told it would be sent to the UK at the begining of may (i ordered it in February) When the bathroom fitter came to put the furniture in the unit would be too large. I asked if i could swap it for a smaller unit and was told that the original one was in production and i couldnt change it as it was made for me, even though its chosen from the order book and they do have runs of furniture making, its just the colour that held it back. I wanted to change to the smaller one and they will not change it - i woudnt mind but i would happily not have the refund of the price difference and just have the smaller unit but they wont even consider that - for a large company they are disappointingly awful at customer service - I will never use them again or recommend them either

I’m very pleased with the service and acknowledgement that I received from Villeroy & Boch. I would say they’ve never disappointed me and I’ve ordered over 7 times or more from their websites. all of my orders came on time and delivered to me. Also they offer club advantages which is nice for me. Overall brilliant.

Soms worden mensen op een positieve manier verrast tussen alle bedrijven die het met service en beleefdheid niet zo nauw nemen.
Dat al binnen 24 uur mijn berichtje beantwoord werd is al bijzonder maar dat jullie van Villeroy en Boch service zo letterlijk nemen had ik niet verwacht.
Niet alleen een onderdeel van twintig jaar oud nog kunnen leveren maar ook het feit dat jullie er niets voor rekenen maakt het heel bijzonder.
Daar kunnen heel veel bedrijven nog iets van leren.
Ik zal dan ook dit bericht aan jullie in een paar reviews herhalen en hoop dat dat dan voor jullie ook nog een extra sterretje oplevert.

Ik wil jullie bij deze hartelijk danken voor de snelle en uitstekende service.

Wij waren twee pinnetjes van de wc-bril kwijt waardoor de wc-bril los zat. Gevraagd of we die pinnetjes los konden bestellen. Sturen ze een heel nieuwe wc-bril kosteloos naar ons op. Top! Hartelijk dank. Dat is nog eens service, meer dan verwacht.

Escribo esta opinión en trustpilot porque me han denegado la publicación de la opinión en su web: "Lamentablemente, no se ha podido publicar la reseña de su producto." Parece que no les gusta que se critique el envío que para mi es una parte de la experiencia del producto y de la marca.

El producto ha llegado después de casi 3 semanas de haber hecho la compra.
Quería que llegase el regalo para Reyes y lo compré el 23 de diciembre. No ha llegado hasta el día 8 de Enero. Una lástima que no haya llegado a tiempo como regalo.
Soy fiel a la marca y siempre había comprado offline, hacerlo online ha sido un desastre.

Ai acheté une baignoire balneo il y a qqs annees. Ai qqs questions et essaye désespérément depuis des mois a obtenir des reponses simples.

Boutique très bien entretenue. Des vendeuses à l’écoute, mais pas intrusive. Elles sont de très bons conseils et ne force pas à l’achat. J’ai passé un excellent moment shopping et recommande vivement la boutique. Merci pour votre accueil, petit clin d’œil à la vendeuse Myriam qui m’a extrêmement bien conseillé

Villeroy & Boch is an unseriouse website. I would not recommend them to anyone. I placed an order, but they later informed me that they couldn't deliver it without providing any reason. I checked the site again and noticed that the same items were still available, so I decided to place another order and paid for them. However, I received the same email notifying me that the order could not be delivered. And I still have not received the money back from them.

J’ai récemment acheté mes couverts et mes fourchettes sont défectueuse. Il y a des taches noires entre les lamelles et 2 qui sont tordus. On me demande d’envoyer un mail. J’envoie un mail, on me demande d’aller en magasin.
C’est vraiment inadmissible pour la marque. Je suis vraiment déçu. Servie qualité très mauvaise et sans valeur.
Et plus jamais j’y retournerai.

Ordered Diner plates and spent £550. The plates never arrived. When I emailed I got a reply from someone called CONSIGLIA who basically told me that looking at their system it looked liked the plates had been delivered. The email had no comment on what to do if they were not delivered to me. Had to waste my time going back and forth and filling in a binding declaration to say I had not received them. I repeatedly asked (4 separate emails) to be put in touch with a manager but she completely ignored my request. I then asked if the replacements could be sent express delivery and she said they do not do that. Really?!!! Even if you mess up the order and deliver them to the wrong address!!! I then asked the send the replacement but make sure I sign for them. I was told they would send them the same day but when I emailed the following day she was still waiting for my to confirm. I then requested a refund and was told I have to wait 7 working days to receive it. Not happy at all! If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally incompetent company and staff!!!!

My order was due for delivery 14/11/23 via DPD. It didn't arrive and when I checked the tracking it showed the parcel being returned to Villeroy and Boch.
They are impossible to communicate with! The phone isn't answered and the email bounces back as out of service. A reply from the contact form states that I will get my refund when the goods arrive back to their warehouse, but the DPD tracking message hasn't changed since 14/11/23 so the parcel is going nowhere.
I am out of pocket and goodness knows when, or if, I'll get a refund.

Reçu mes deux Rennes black Christmas très belles finitions noir mat. Ils sont grands et du plus bel effet, idéal pour une déco noire et blanche.
