This is my honest review. As for vilayer, most of the bad reviews on here I can honestly say they're true. I have a FiveM Server thats suppose to be 12gb Ram and 150GB HDD.. I go to connect to my server and it says i only have 25GB of storage?!?!? What the heck am I suppose to do with 25GB or storage? So I put in a Ticket to fix what is wrong I paid for something im not receiving. So back to the tickets, he assured me my stuff would be fixed this evening he said. its been 10 hours and nothing. he only reply hours later. and live chat is just like everyone else is saying, it's nonexistent So in my humble opinion If you buy this service expect to be disappointed like me and obviously hundreds of others.. hope you take this advise and choose wisely. I've Given ViLayer Ample amount of times to correct this issue, but i truly think its just one person behind the whole scene.

I was using vilayer from 2014 to 3.6.2019.
I had tf2 servers for a long time and there was so many blackouts from days to weeks. I had to pay everything even though I couldn't use services.
No compensation. My server located at Finland and after while it went down (again) no answer from support and after few months they told me that all of my data is erased (everything that I build for 2 years was gone. I had backups from few months ago but since I lost my server IP, players didn't find to next place. I bought domain renewal for 4 years and my domain was expired and after I almost lost it, they gave me 1yo for domain. I tried to dispute that from PayPal because customer support won't answer. They took my other services to hostage and told me that they will delete all of my data if I won't cancel dispute. I canceled that and lost 60€ and no compensation.
Last tick was that my website was phished by their other services and they just told me that it's my fault. Only thing that was my fault was to choose vilayer as provider. I lost lots of money with nothing to gain.
I'm 100% sure that they will mark this as spam to silence me but I can provide every ticket and invoice to prove everything that I said.

Their prices are cheap but they have no control over most their servers. I had l4d2 servers for a few years and i could change the server location. When you search the servers ip it would have some other companies name. With HLWStats it would be some random company in texas. I had 5 different l4d2 servers in 5 different locations. Some were laggy and some were good. Canada servers werent reliable. Washington server would just randomly shutdown at days at a time. So their main operations are in europe and they are just out sourced other server hosts. This is why they can't really help you.

Since they are in europe they are never online when you have problems. Not only that but their ticket system is shady. There have been 2 times where i asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. I requested refunds within 2 hrs both times and they would try to push some alternative on me. I would say no. Then the ticket would auto close after 24 hrs. The tickets auto close when no one responds. So i would have to respond spam every 24 hrs to keep the ticket open even though their the ones not doing their job.

The refunds i asked for a yearly and a monthly. The monthly was a steamid problem where after a set ammount of digits steam groups dont function so i didnt want the left4dead2 server anymore. The yearly was they were on windows servers and non of half the mods i had would only work on linux servers. Both refunds were denied even though i followed their refund policy.

When i had a 7days to die server i asked for help when the game was corrupt. All they did was wipe the server and call it "fixed". So a month worth of gameplay erased.

They couldn't process a VPS I wanted So I opened a support ticket a couple of days after requesting a cancellation and refund as per their TOS. Well time went on, the support ticket never got answered, never got any VPS login info. Well the next month I got charged again... For a service I didn't have... When on to speak with their chat, and was quickly told that I am WELL outside the refund window and (magically) my VPS was created and the emails were sent that day. THEY STOPPED replying, closed my REFUND request that was STILL open and refuse to respond to me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE!

This company is a complete scam. Like others, I experienced the same poor lack of service, and I had my money stolen from me. I attempted to give them a chance, as there were a few here that said they had decent experiences, however it is very clear that this company is a complete sham. They have a single customer service representative that only replies to tickets and live chat when he feels like it, and a majority of the issues reported go unanswered until the ticket system automatically closes anything you complain about. Not only will I NEVER again use them or recommend them to anyone, but I will be seeking legal action against this company, as they absolutely refuse to refund me for a service they failed to provide, and continue to scam others. They may have been good at one point, but it is clear their leadership has since collapsed, and they care about nothing more now than stealing people's money. This company is clearly not a priority in any way whatsoever to its owners.

I emplore you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! For those that are already customers and have good experiences, you are the very few, and likely joined them back before their owners stopped caring and started stealing. As I said previously here, they may have been a good company at one point, but they are no longer that same company. Please, do not fall for their scam!!!

I bought rust server, and and checked out after choosing JAPAN server, but after 5-6 hours, they provided me SINGAPORE region server. upon asking them, they said JAPAN WAS OUT OF STOCK.
Seriously? then why didnt you say it during checkout and handed me wrong server instead.
I cancelled the server. But then I thought, its ok to use for atleast one month, as I have already paid. I informed them, they replied saying first to close the case in paypal and they would restore.
I followed them and informed them, and its been 2 weeks, my server hasnt been restored, I have sent about 5-10 tickets/mails to them about it, no reply. My money is gone.
I cant reopen the closed case in paypal. So basically I got scammed.
BE CAREFUL GUYS.

Poor support and quality of the server are very bad.

I cancelled my subscription. They continued to collect. When I complained, they refused any refund, and eliminated my account. They are criminals.

Horrible usage of the TCAdmin interface. Deletes server data without MYSQL database. The TCAdmin interface is not streamlined at all and was a huge learning curve between the two services I use. TCAdmin has no way to save config files with this service for ease of access. Customer support is severely lacking with horrible response times and vague answers. The hardware was handling things way better at first and then dropped off with minimal changes to the amount of mods running. The performance of this server dropped severely and well below that of my other server. Premium hardware charges for "Overclocked" equipment does nothing. My cheaper server hosting service runs better and smoother at half the price, and doesn't straight up delete data on restarts and crashes(MYSQL is a nightmare from a blank database). These guys should definitely put in the description that MYSQL experience is recommended somewhere in the description. I am usually not a salty customer but this has been my worst service thus far for game servers. These guys inspired me to go and buy my own server rack and server blades to host from my own home as well as my Host Havoc service which is amazing in comparison to this. I tried this service for the hardware options and got nothing but worse performance with less mods....how does that work?

I purchased service from company and Regret ever doing so.
I have ran dedicated servers in the past and just wanted to do something small for my family. They don't seem to understand what they are selling as if it's just a scam from the get go. On top of that they don't reply to tickets and close them out. Live chat spams you on the website yet it doesn't cover the ticket they still close the ticket instead of answering it. Open a complaint ticket and they say false it was handled in live chat. If it was handled in live chat then why is it still an issue. I was paying 50 a month just for a server for 5 people because I wanted a high spec for modded mine craft server. I can run the same server from my home lab and I don't have half the issues it does when running on their equipment. McMyadmin doesn't show stats correctly and only works when the server is running which basically makes it pointless. Running A spongeforge server with Direwolf20 modpack pregenerated map and still lag. On the home lab server no lag. So Not sure what is going on wanted to increase the garbage collection method along witha few things however they just say it's already optimized. Canceling Services now because I think I have honestly had enough. It wasn't even fun while it lasted. Honest thoughts it might be a single person running the whole operation and he can't manage everyone at the same time.

Customer service ignoring tickets. Closing them without replying. Live chat closes chat without helping you. PayPal isn't doing shiet either. No refunds, just got scammed.

Couldn't be happier with the Customer Service. Dylan was quick to help me install mods on my server and went way above what was needed to help me configure them. I am a noob when it comes to this and was SUPPER pleased. Vilayer will be my go to server provider

As other reviews state, no support, tickets closed without resolution. They ignore support requests and will steal money. They have closed my tickets hours after putting them in with no response. DO NOT TRUST, I am putting in an official request to remove them off the official dedicated server hosting provider lists for at least space engineers.

Servers are pretty good with performance but as like everyone else, I get no reply on my tickets. I have requested 5-6 hours in on multiple occasions to get my web hosting and domain set up and they still have yet to even fix that problem. It would be really nice to get this stuff fixed instead of me sitting here and they ignore me most of the day. I will have to say that if you're going to buy from these guys, just don't. Anybody including me can get a different game server hosting company have things set up faster than this service. They also recently terminated my account and my services due to the fact I left them this bad review, so petty.

DO NOT BUY SERVICE FROM HERE! THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU AT THE SAME TIME. THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO CALL YOUR BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES.

I ordered a Rust server from here (low pop with 5 players average) and I ignored the reviews here because I wanted to give them a try because I thought how bad could they be?. That was a bad decision.

First, it started with flood packets and player disconnects every night, but I let it go because performance during the day was fine. Then I sent in a ticket asking a simple question about the control panel and why it wasn't allowing me to edit the config file.

They ignored the ticket. I sent another one and they closed it unanswered. Then I snapped and told them to cancel the server and issue a refund as I was within the 7 days guarantee period. They have yet to answer the ticket 6 days later and now it's closed due to no response.

They will keep your money, they won't cancel your service and will ignore your tickets.

I've spoken to my bank to dispute the charge.

UPDATE**

I disputed the charge with my bank and I was awarded the money back. Vilayer refused to cancel my server and charged me again. Had to cancel my card number and again dispute the charge and again get my money back.

Also, they will continue to email you about their services and harass you.

And now a message to Vilayar. **** ***

I've had a Garry's Mod server which had about 20 players daily and even though the specifications of the servers were "maxed out" according to support and the website I can for sure tell you it was not! Running low-medium cpu usage addons and scripts with 20 players on shouldn't lag for one bit!

Support on the site seems decent but they're very ignorant. A support member which is very often accepting tickets goes by the name Lee and is the only person that acts decent.

They let me pay for a service first and tell me I have to wait 7 days for the setup to be ready.
8 days and I opened a ticket asking why it is not ready.
They answered me this:

Hello,
As of right now, the stock is very low in BraIl for Virtual services.
You will need to wait or make a refund request we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The worst hosting i ever saw in my entire life.... stay AWAY,

I 'tried' to rent a server for a 1 month period (lucky it was only 1 month!) to test a game.
I rented on 10th July 23h03 and saw my service active in the account but never able to access.
All i got was a message saying "Game Server Provisioning Started" but it was never completed.
The login details for the (ficticious) control panel tells me that the user does not exist !
I never received an ip @ or port number so today i've cancelled.
I also wish i'd seen this Trustpilot review before !
I've sent messages, opened tickets and attempted online chats but never anyone there.
This company is just 1 virtual scam and should be closed down.
I claimed my money back (even if it is only a small amount) thru Paypal.
