I would give it ZERO stars. I tried to get a gaming server. Paid same day been over 3 weeks now SERVER NEVER SHOWED UP IN CONTROL PANEL that I paid for! Sent multiple support tickets and a refund ticket! They all got CLOSED with no reply and my service saying still active!

Worst support I have ever seen!

I bought a hosting pack and some game servers, after a day and a half of support tickets, the hosting still had no licence to use any of the software and the game servers where still in a unknown state, i asked for a refund for both and was told it would take 7 days, 2 weeks later i still have been given no refund and my ticket was closed, so i have now past this onto my bank with 14 bits of evidence to investigate and charge back, these people are scam artists.. Avoid

PS look at some of the one person post 5 star reviews lol umm ok believable i think not after my experience.

Bought a server, it worked for a few days. Then it stopped working, tried to get in touch with customer support and they assured me it would be fixed within a few days. Nothing was fixed, I cannot cancel my service because their systems are bugged and I'm essentially getting charged monthly for nothing. Their customer support straight ignores support tickets.

It's a scam, pure and simple.

Well I have been using Vilayer for year with lots of different things and never had a problem allways able to get hold of them when I wanted and prices have allways been good.

If you looking for anything go with these you wont be disappointed

Just mind blowlingly bad . Ive rented a simple server for just under a month and its been offline regularly . Support from a chap called Dylon is non existent . I think hes the only one in the company , probably the owner or something but they will happily take your money and then ignore you . Id of been happier to know I had been completely robbed and not had ANY service but its just a company to avoid like the plague.

Game-Server is down for several days - it's not reachable even via the admin panel: "Status: Unknown", "Unable to connect" Feels like it was shut down without replacement.

It worked for 2 weeks, but then suddenly was no longer available. The filed ticket is still open and the so called "live-chat", that claims to offer help, is no help at all (not sure if that's only for new users to be dragged into the service). Feels like a human didn't even read my messages.

Interface and stuff is nice, but can't recommend Vilayer if you want a reliable service (which I do).

I ordered a VDS server 3 days ago, I was told it would take a maximum 24 hours. I've have opened 2 support tickets since then, and one of the tickets is "In Progress". But I have yet to receive any emails from them, about the status of my server. Will, I ever receive it?

Ordered a server which was meant to be instant activation and 5 hours later it still wasn’t activated. Sent a support ticket and it miraculously was ready. Sent a few more support tickets and they were answered instantly. Then I started having issues with adding mods and setting the set up properly due to bugs with their control panel. Sent multiple support tickets asking to cancel and provide a refund under their 7day refund policy but not a single response to over a dozen tickets to all their support contacts.

Avoid them like the plague. Worst customer support if anything goes wrong. Going to initiate a chargeback with my credit card as villayer don’t really care once they have the money.

Worst service I had from a server rental company. I got a server it worked the first few hours then it went down. Supposedly the data center of the location I choosed was under network attack and they said "our team are looking into a possible attack on the network causing this machine to become unusable." After 5 days still down and now they are not even responding to me I asked to get another server in another location and nothing. To me they are just running a scam

1st 24hrs having the server no help what so ever the server has run for 30min and i put a ticket in and nobody has responded since. i litterally have an empty server from them with 1 txt document in it. If things get better ill update this but at the moment dont use them

Pretty much a scam tbh, bought a server, didn't show up in the panel for the first 2hours, then they got it fixed, server worked ok for 2 days then it went down for a day due to "hardware failure" after that the server i had was up for 5days and after that it just suddenly crashed and has been down for 13 days now and all i can get out of their support is "I will update you as soon as possible with an update."
13 days with no update? that is honestly ridiculous, i've made new tickets and replies but they ignore them, they haven't responded to any of my tickets for 4 days now, they ignore all tickets about refunds/complaints... this host is a fkin joke honestly, DO NOT BUY!

Please do not buy anything from them! They deleted my account after i asked for a refund...

The customer service is just awful.
You will have no correct answer to assist you.
Their ticket system only works in half, it shows you progress without any response. It cuts your messages so that they are unreadable and you are forced to redial.
I recommend that you stay very far away if you want service. Too expensive to pay for what you get.
In addition all their CPANEL licenses have expired

Terrible service, I had nothing but problems when I used them many years ago. Quite often my server would go down and it would take them a week to reply to my support ticket. I recently gave them the benefit of the doubt and rented a new server from them, this was 3 days ago, the service is still not working, and they have still not replied to my support ticket. One of the worst customer services/support I have ever encountered.

I ordered a server. In the beginning, my purchase was non-existent. I couldn't do anything. Then, when i finally got my server after speaking with support, it's status is unknown. Support says that "they are having hardware problems, and the issue will be repaired in 6-12 hours". I'm waiting for the repair for a week now. Don't read all these fake opinions, that they are sending themselves so they can scam more people.

Ordered there VPS/VDS and it was never "Instant Actiavation" its been 3 days with no support from them at all. Thats kinda sad in my eyes. (Yes ive made 2 tickets with no response) Asking for a refund now.

Support without answers... I wait 2 weeks.. nothing. I paid my server for three months... and? Two weeks is my server unknown.. worked only four days. Don´t waste your money..

They do not answear support what so ever. Not possible to get contact. Only money-vacuum company.

After searching around, I decided to give these clowns a try for a 7 Days To Die server. BIG MISTAKE!
Not only did it take them about 2 weeks to provide a server (which in the meantime I found a much better and responsive provider), they are now still processing my refund request after a month! No updates, no nothing when I update my support ticket asking for an update!
Raised a second ticket asking for an update (referencing my refund request ticket) and it was closed with no explanation whatsoever.
I DO NOT recommend these guys, they can't even update a ticket, let alone provide a decent service. Needless to say, I am very unimpressed and will not use their so called 'services' again. Absolute jokers.

I ordered a Space Engineers server from Vilayer, who claim their provisioning system is entirely automated and almost instant. 8 hours after ordering, the "instant" system had still failed to provision a server. I attempted live chat, and received no response after 40 minutes of waiting. I then opened a support case, and received 0 response or acknowledgement, besides an automated email to say a ticket was active.After a full 24 hours of no server and no response, I requested a cancellation of service and a refund. The cancellation appears to have gone through, as the original ticket enquiring about the server was closed with no response, though the ticket for a refund also was ignored. I asked for a further update on the same ticket 10 days later, still no response. 3 days after that, I have requested a chargeback with Paypal, at which point they have again closed the ticket and made no effort to contact me.

Do not give this company your money, they clearly do not care about honoring their claims of providing a service, nor do they care about communicating with their customers.
