J'ai acheté un serveur life is feudal qui n'a jamais marché.
Le problème ne se reglant pas j'ai demandé le remboursement, aucune nouvelle depuis on ne me répond plus.

Horrible service. Bought a game server which showed instant setup. Its been 6 hours and they still havent even provisioned the server. No reply from customer support for the tickets opened. No many other providers with better service, really unhappy with my decision to try Vilayer

I had a server for empyrion. The status on the sever said "unknown". Opened a ticket they said there was a network issue and and it would be fixed in 24hrs but 2 weeks still not fixed. I have asked a multiple updates but they just mark them as answered but don't write anything back.

I purchased a server for Assetto Corsa. I got an automated email saying it would be an hour to provision. It did not provision. I could not login to the control panel as the credentials that ViLayer provided did not work either. After 14hours of logging a ticket they had yet to respond. Because of that i cancelled my service and they are yet to refund as i hadn't even used it for 24 hrs. Their website states a "24 hour no questions asked refund policy" as well as 24 hour support. Both are lies.

Do not respond to support tickets. Do not honour their 24hour refund policy either. Will be doing a paypal chargeback. It may be "only" $15 but it is the principle.

Bought a server from them and it didn't work so i asked them why, no response at all for ages, then i asked for a full refund, they marked my ticket as answered and didn't say a thing.

Support ist Katastrophal. Sehr langsam, keine Antwort.
Entweder es wird was gemacht, oder nicht. Keine Antwort in keinem der Fälle.
Vor dem Verkauf gingen die Antworten noch schnell und jaja alles kein Problem.
Sever keine 30km von mir entfernt aber Ping schlechter als nach Übersee.
Zumal auch die Einfachsten auf dem Sever installierbaren Plugins den Server zum verrechen, nicht mehr booten bringen.

It’s failed the support network is shocking their live chat function doesn't work even tho they say it dose, I am currently waiting for them to cancel the service and refund my money. Oh yer if you make more than one support ticket they will cancel one and say they have merged it in to your existing one. Even tho it’s a completely different dept. then sends a email telling you not to make more

Currently further to this if you review them poorly due to shocking customer service they will decline any refunds and. Steal your money I’m happy to modify this review once a satisfactory response come through.

Only reason the review has been placed is due to lack of communication from vilayer

I bought a Rust server. Never worked. Customer support never answered. They just closed the tickets without saying a thing. They keep charging me. I thought I was just me, but I see all of these other guys here, this is a massive scam. This shouldn't be legal.

These other people giving positive reviews, are obviously Vilayer owners, trying to turn this on their side.

rented a server of them for 7 days to die,
spent 60% of the 3 months on down time waiting for them to fix the "unknown" issue
had to re-install the server several times due to it crashing ans loosing our current status on the game, backups failed, service was poor.

currently closed my server in feb,

in march they had a server glitch re-generated an invoice for me, charged my debit card, took the money for the closed server now telling me they didnt take the money even though the bank says different and funds have left the clan account.

needless to say AVOID THIS WEBSITE / GAME HOST,
i wouldnt' even rate it a 1 star it deserves no stars in all fairness

Had a server with them for 3 days, the first one I was given was DoA didn't work at all second one is based in Russia despite me paying for a UK based server and now that server is status unknown for over 36 hours and I've had one ticket response so far.

At this point I just want a refund and to never rent a game server from this company ever again.

Worst customer support I've ever seen, their live chat is also a joke, been waiting 2 hours with the window open yet nobody has replied... great live chat system.

too bad! 5 days that pay for the service send us a password and login that does not execute support does not respond to open ticktes! I lost my money

rented a dedicated server from them under the idea it would have a 5 minute deployment. 4 hours later i submitted a ticket, no response. I requested a refund, no response. I had to go through paypal to get a refund.

This provider is crap. They are even worse for flagging all the negative reviews. How about you dingbats stop thieves and run a proper business instead of flagging true reviews?

Hard to have a valid service with you guys when you just take my money and never set it up.

AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS, I AM POSITIVE ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Many of them are posted in clumps, on the same day.

never again, buy a server(conan exiles) i submit 3 tickets and no responce from staff, they only close them, i have no acess to control panel, bad site stay away from them,wors they say dont recive the money when i have the recipe, money grabbers but bad luck for them i have prof, of recipe in paypal of transfer of the money

Bought a DayZ server. While trying to manage all the mods something went wrong and server was not responding to query. Whole month i talked to support about this problem, but the only thing they could do is "provide more weeks of not working service". Literally, whole month server was down and support could not provide any kind of help with this situation at all.
20 bucks went into complete nothing.

support are sucks mate dont try since 7 days my services are not working even normal csgo server they cannot resolve that problem and as per my review they suspend my services lol Xd

I´m a customer for many years. Thanks for the support, help and reasonable price.

best performance and amazing support. im very happy with my dayz servers from vilayer.
