Vi fik billetter tilsendt lige efter køb, og havde ingen problemer med at komme ind til arrangementet (Final 4 håndbold i Køln). Vil sagtens kunne finde på at købe via Viagogo.com en anden gang.

Hold jer væk fra det her fuskerfirma, jeg har solgt min fodbold billetter til Sporting kamp som fandt sted den 16.maj og nu over en måned senere har jeg ikke fået min penge endnu , hver gang jeg kontakter dem så siger de vi skal nok løse problemet men der sker ikke noget som helst.

Bought The Weeknd tickets for the Copenhagen concert and was very nervous when I didn’t receive the tickets right away and saw the comments on here but I got the tickets some weeks before and just got in now smooth and effortlessly! Good price for the tickets too!

Købte billet til EHF final 4. Alt fungerede. Lidt dyrt gebyr men det vælger man jo selv om man så vil købe.

Købte 2 billetter til Final 4 i Køln. Billetterne kom på mail i fornuftig tid før eventet.

Jeg er direkte utilfreds på flere fronter:
1) Billetter blev først leveret 5 måneder efter købet - dog i tide inden koncerten.
2) Prisen blev langt dyrere, end det umiddelbart fremgik, pga af helt horrible gebyrer.
3) De er komplet umulige at få fat på.

Nemt, tryg og godt.

First time using Viagogo instead of Stubhub. Same ticket was slightly less money, and just as easy to purchase. Fees are less than Stubhub but crazy expensive for both the seller and purchaser.

Bought a ticket to Metallica concert in Bucharest. Spent money on plane tickets, accomodation there, and at the event I was denied entry at the event because the ticket I bought from VIAGOGO was FAKE!!!!!!
How can a website like this facilitate selling fake tickets? who will ever compensate me for my flight, for my hotel, and for missing the concert?

A very dishonest company that doesn't send the buyer's email until the last minute because there is no buyer. They assure you that they will pay for your ticket. Then, a few days later, they deduct a fine from your account and make a non-commitment to the sale. None of them are responsible. If you want to be at ease, even delete this company's app from your phone.

Ordered the ticket 2 hours before the event. Arrived by email in 10 minutes

Let og problemfrit. Det er dyrere at købe biletter på Viagago, men når det er eneste mulighed virker det

All was good except the fact that I received the tickets 1.5 hours after the doors opening which was very stressful.

I was nervous when my mobile tickets for Metallica in Athens hadn't arrived on the morning of the concert. I contacted Viagogo customer service and they were reassuring — they tracked my order and confirmed the tickets would arrive by 17:30. And they delivered exactly on time. At 17:30 I got a notification offering me alternative tickets with even better seats, and accepting them was literally one click. Smooth, stress-free, and they actually kept their promise. Great experience overall.

Everything OK, but (a) your messages are misleading, as there is a popup saying that the prices I see are the final prices, and then just before paying you add your fees and the tax and (2) your commissions are very high! For a ticket of about 160 euros, you added 70 euros of commissions!!!

I believe commition fees and taxes are quite High. Old prefer if you lowered them a bit. I payed like 30% on the above expenses and that is a lot. Other than that everyting was fine
