Cancelled my order saying they only deliver to mainland UK... Which is where I am! Customer service was cold and just sent me the same response.

The variety of products from trial kit helped to find out what my cat enjoyed the most. The delivery was fast and the overall service was excellent.

It was good to be able to try varies renal diets for our cat as she was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. Unfortunately she didn’t like any of them.

I ordered a TickSafe remover and it came in good time to the UK. I cant say anything about how well it works, as haven't used it and have it for precaution, as ticks are on the increase in the UK and more cases locally Lyme disease due to this. I like the device as it unscrews the tick out of attachment to the body. It isn't safe to use heat or to pull them off. Just pleased Vetsend had these in stock.

Gave my dog Redonyl vitamins I purchased for my dog he has a lot more energy early days really to see any more changes but was advised by my vet to purchase Redonyl they are supposed to be good for eye and skin infection so I may purchase for another two months to see if there’s any improvement to my dogs skin

Highly reliable and good price

Terrible service after dispatch of goods. Arrived in local depot and sat for 3 days before they decided it was either damaged or lost. Vetsend was very poor at resolving the matter offering just a refund or replacement, but couldn’t send the replacement as a priority even though it’s a specialist food that was urgently needed now. In the end it took well over 2 weeks for the order to be received.
Terrible customer service with generic responses and no actual effort to sort the issue out in a timely manner.
I would expect as a first time customer, they’d want to do all they can & more to fix the experience.
One last chance with next order as then would find another supplier.

Explained the product well. Sent the product quickly and well packaged. The product does seem to be helping our cat. It will take a few months, as explained by Vetsend) before we will be able to confirm this but the initial signs are very promising.
