Perfect as usual

I get almost all my z-wave equipment from Vesternet so when I needed a new z-wave socket for the christmas tree they were the obvious choice. Next day delivery was handy so we could get the lights on the tree as soon as possible and start feeling festive without the need to reach round to unplug or switch off plugs by hand. Plus having the lights automatically on in the morning starts a December day off perfectly!

Still a great company

Why don't you ask for a review after you dispatch orders??

Order on 26th Nov still yet to be dispatched after a week but charged already. Not up to the usual service level. An email to confirm delay would be been courteous.

Update: thanks for reaching out David. I appreciate the email on the delay and expected delivery time frame.

Best site for z-wave devices

Tiny difficulties at first but quickly sorted. Pleasure to do business with. They offer really good prices and advice. Will definitely buy again.

Custom Taxes within EU applies

Custom Taxes within EU applies, something that is not clearly stated is that if they are shipping internationally custom taxes apply, be careful with it! the product as always is good but took longer than expected.

Good website

Good website. Recently ordered a vesternet zigbee switch to replace a light switch, which was delivered within two days.
Great service and can recommend Vesternet.

Put a lot of orders into Vesternet always had a good experience. They on-line chat is very good, changing over to a e-mail response if they are busy.
