I had a good shopping experience with this company

I ordered a pair of hoop earrings an I got them In 4 days that was fine I opened the product an they was beautiful I would like to order from them again but after reading the reviews I’m not so sure to be spending that much money I don’t won’t to be giving the run around about product they send if it’s not right if it’s a luxury brand an if it’s not a luxury brand it’s still my hard earned money But my  experience with shopping with versace.com was good  this is a REAL REVIEW an I purchased this item with my own money

Trash Low Quality

I purchase their pool sandals I wore them twice and the paint wore off of them. Why a pair of pool sandals would be painted and the resin not dyed is beyond me. Even brands like Filas do this much. I contacted the customer service 9 days after receiving them and was given the run around for over a month. Mona, the online agent would disconnect my chats or simply stop answering. I sent mulitpile emails with the photos requesting follow up with no response. Finally, after speaking to the supervisor, he told me they were guaranteed for 30 days against defects and also had a two year warranty. I was told it would be no problem returning the sandals, he would send my request to Milan. I waited two weeks and attempted to contact them again. Mona emailed me requesting more photos, which I'd sent 3 times and then disconnected me and went offline. When I finally spoke to someone by phone, she advised the reqest was denied. This is the second Versace product I purchased that was faulty and damaged within 2 or less uses. Thank goodness I used SSENSE the first time - they stand behind the product. Versace's quality is garbage and their customer service is a joke. Their guarantee is a lie and they do not stand behind their product.

Avoid Versace online

Almost two months my return was at customs in Italy. I was nice and patient. Versace support team replied that it`s not their fault, they could not speed up the clearance and we need to wait, but when I finally contacted UPS, I figured out that versace did not provide their tax code. So when I told versace that I will contact Italian Tax Authority and police to help them to find their tax code, they provided it to UPS and my parcels were released immediately from customs. After that they said that depending on my bank institute, up until 14 business days may be necessary. It is a lie because banks process payments very quickly if versace would have released it. I asked them to provide swift confirmation that they transferred money to me. Silence in response. 10 business days passed when my parcel were delivered to them after 2 months at customs.

Still waiting on a refund

I ordered a watch online as a present and arrived in good time. However the issue has been when it was returned and have been waiting on a refund which I have been told has been refunded but hasn't arrived in over 2weeks. Now having to claim the money back through the bank. VERSACE customer service are useless with solving the problem. Would never order online again. Be careful if you're looking to return anything.

We are not all making up stories. Do not take the risk.

Can't speak on customer service as I have never dealt with them outside of placing orders and shipping has been fine.

The big issue for me has been Q U A L I T Y.

Do not hope anything from Versace will meet your expectations as you will be very lucky if it even comes close.

"Via Gesu 12" Sweatshirt was awfully stitched not just for a luxury brand but in my 31 years of living it is without a doubt the poorest quality garment I have ever owned. Holes throughout the sleeves and cuffs from general use, dye faded within a few washes.

The Greca High-top suede sneakers initially seemed promising with the ultra thick midsole and heavy feel. But despite the inch thick of rubber it only took a couple months of light use to develop holes in the bottom. Growing up poor I remember the cheap shoes I had to wear. I remember how they would wear out after a few months of daily use. Those cheap shoes were the same quality as these $1500 jokes Versace calls luxury.

Finally, the Greca border lightweight jacket.
The medusa head logo on the front is clearly designed to scratch off the moment you put it on. I am assuming as a way to prove it has been "worn" making returns impossible. It also has sub par stitching and is no joke the loudest thing I have ever worn.

These are not all my bad experiences with Versace as can't keep typing for ever.
The only reason for giving them 1 star is because the black baseball cap and black palazzo pool slides are exceptionally well made, as are my partners low-top Greca sneakers. But these are the only 3 things I can think of.

Versace should be ashamed of themselves and we should all be boycotting them.
Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Missoni, Zegna.
These are much better. Although still not perfect, I'd recommend Dolce trousers to anyone and Prada's Saffiano leather is well worth the money.
In contrast Versace can't even make underwear as well as the $15 ebay knock offs from Vietnam (seriously they are actually not bad)

Don't waste your money. If you like Italian things, give the newbies like ARIES a go. They actually value you as a customer and big shock they found a way to make things in Italy and charge less then $1000 a sweatshirt.

Modeschmuck von Versace nicht zu empfehlen

Ich habe mir mehrere Ringe und ein Armband (Herren) bei Versace im KaDeWe Berlin gekauft und bin, was die Qualität betrifft, mehr als unzufrieden. Die Ringe haben beide schon nach 2 Monaten des Tragens krasse Abnutzungserscheinungen.
Die Ringe sind aus Messing und mit einer hauchdünnen goldfarbenen Beschichtung überzogen. Sobald man einen anderen Gegenstand damit (wie einen Türgriff) berührt, hat man den den Stellen gleich Abrieb.

Der Kundenservice sowohl im Geschäft, als auch online ist mehr als unbefriedigend. Schlechteste Erfahrung mit einer Luxusmarke bisher

Customer service is useless

Customer service is useless. I placed an order that went through. I hadn't heard anything for almost a week and I finally get an email saying my order was cancelled because it was out of stock... that would have been nice to know, especially after having bought the matching shorts for the shirt. When I spoke to the rep, she made almost no effort to help. Basically just said to click the notify button when it's available instead of being sympathetic that their UI sucks. I don't know why that department customer service department exists if they don't provide value. Just have AI replace them.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 items and one of them was a wrong item. Not my fault.
Called customer service and was told the easiest way would be me printing out the return label and wait for about a month for a refund. Was also told I'd need to place a new order for the item that I ordered but was missing in the package if I'd still want it which was also my only option.
Absolutely disappointing customer service for a brand so reputable. The level of customer service doesn't match the level of the designers and effort put into design.

VERSACE SELLS WORN DAMAGED ITEMS

BEWARE OF VERSACE! They sell WORN, DAMAGED items and they pass them to their clients as NEW! I bought 5 high end dresses from the Versace online store/website, I tried to return them and I was denied because the dresses were “damaged”. The dresses came from their stores in Las Vegas, Beverly Hills and New York (not brand new from their warehouse) where they were tried on, probably returned after other people wore them. The sales associates that mailed them to me didn’t bother to inspect them before they left the store, but they made sure they “inspected” them when they received them from me, at their warehouse, so they could reject them and blame me for something I didn’t do. I can’t be responsible for any damage that occurred before the items reached me!

I didn’t inspect the dresses when I received them because I didn’t think Versace would sell and send me something that is worn!!!! And I returned the items within 24 hours since I received them. I accidentally ordered a dress twice in the same size, so I couldn’t have even tried both dresses in the same size!

They wouldn’t give me details about the damage, they didn’t respond to my emails and they sent the dresses back to me. When I received and looked at them, I still can’t see the “damage” on 3 of the dresses. The other 2 dresses have very minor stitching issues that are consistent with normal wear and tear of items that are tried on in a store. That is a risk that the company takes when having items available to customers, in the store for

It is very disappointing that a company with the international reputation they claim to have will sell you items that are already worn, torn and damaged and try to blame you, the customer that buys them online.

This is unacceptable for a company of this caliber!

DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, don’t support a company whose policy is to sell worn items and pass them to their customers as brand new.

Schmuck nicht zu empfehlen

Ich besitze eine Kette Medusa für 400 Euro. Nach weniger Monaten sind die angeblichen Swarovski Steinen vergilbt. Beim säubern der Steine mit dem Putztuch sind mir paar Steine raus gefallen. Das darf einfach bei einem Luxusprodukt nicht passieren!

Der absolut schlechteste Kundenservice…

Der absolut schlechteste Kundenservice der überhaupt existiert, mein Armband für über 300€ ist nun zum 2. mal kaputt. Die 1. Rücksendung dauerte 7 Monate bis es wieder zurück kam. da hatte es immer noch den gleichen Fehler. Nie wieder. Der Kundenservice sagte nur ja ich kann es ja reklamieren & hat mir 2 mal die gleich email geschrieben .. Nie wieder

Cheap ass Michael Kors offers better…

Cheap ass Michael Kors offers better delivery services than Versace can you believe this! Took UPS more than a week to deliver my order from Italy to London. Took them 4 days to "clear customs" with my shipment sitting at their warehouse. Given this is a luxury brand I received my Michael Kors order much quicker and they are not even luxury. Plus UPS required a signature and claimed I wasn't home (where I WAS home) and diverted shipment to off license where I have to pick it up there. This is just a waste of time.
