I ordered an outfit for my sons birthday everything arrived except the belt that was stuck for 2 and a half weeks across town. I agreed to pick it up myself they said wait for a pick up conformation number that never came instead a delivery to my home conformation came but it was never delivered. Then when I called back upset all I recieved was I am sorry. I had to go across town twice to retrieve my package. This just seem so unprofessional from such a high end store.

I’ve purchased sunglasses which arrived damaged. I had to send the parcel back with UPS to Italy. Once I sent it, it was sitting in the UPS point for 2 weeks. When it has left the UPS point on 19th December 2022, on 22th December was delivered to Warehouse of UPS in Italy. Already third week without any update. 3 weeks in the Warehouse. brilliant.
I called them today and some inexperienced staff member picked up my call and was assuring me that I’ve done everything right and there is nothing to worry about and everything is matter of time 🤬. Next time I would buy from Primark, they have better costumer service.
Versace Kundenservice for Never
Ich trage Versace und VJC seit, meinen jungen Jahren, Mitte Ende 90er bis stark in die Mitte 00er. Bin großer Fan von Gianni Versace und trage auch noch seine Sachen, aus den 80ern und 90ern. Ich habe aber nie zuvor direkt bei Versace bestellt.
Meine VJC Sachen sind noch von Ittierre, Made in Italy und TOP Qualität. Irgendwann so um 2014 habe ich, mir ein Tshirt, unter 100€, von Versace Jeans (Green Label) gekauft. Ich kannte diese neue VJC Marke nicht und was ich da bekam hat mich schockiert. Mein erster Gedanke war, mein Gianni wenn du wüsstest was heute unter deinem Namen verkauft wird! Made in China Müll, dass sich bei 30Grad verzogen und verdreht hat. So habe ich dann modernes Versace aus den Augen verloren.
Ich und mein Kleiderschrank haben Ende 2022 ein Upgrade gebraucht und ich habe mir Neues meiner Lieblingsmarken und Designer gekauft. Habe in der Zeit auch mitbekommen, dass Versace 2018 an Michael Kors verkauft wurde, die Marken VJ, Versus und Collection (Früher V2) zusammengelegt wurden und eine neue Versace Jeans Couture (wieder) existiert. Ich wollte der Marke wieder eine Chance geben und habe mich bewusst dafür entschieden direkt bei Versace zu bestellen um die Marke zu unterstützen. Ich hätte die gleichen Sachen bei P&C oder wo anders günstiger bekommen.
Vor Weihnachten als Weihnachtsgeschenke bestellt, schnellstens bekommen, alles TOP! Mir wurde aber das falsche Tshirt geschickt. Ja ok Fehler passieren. Kundenservice angeschrieben, schnellstens eine automatisch generierte Antwort bekommen, alles mögliche fotografieren müssen plus andere Daten sofort gesendet. Seit dem nie wieder eine Antwort bekommen. Paar Tage später nochmal angefragt, die reagieren einfach nicht! Bis heute nicht! Die anderen Geschenke sind gut angekommen, mein Geschenk für mich ist falsch und damit muss ich mich wohl zufrieden geben, na wirklich nicht! Nie wieder was von post Gianni Versace, weil das ist eine Frechheit!
Nun zur Qualität: Wenn ich lese, man muss aber bedenken, dass es Italienische Größen sind… so ein Blödsinn, wenn L drauf steht dann soll es auch L sein, ich habe genug Versace Teile um meine Versace Größe zu kennen, Gianni’s 50, VJC L. Abgesehen davon, dass es ein falsches Tshirt ist, hatte ich zum Glück XL bestellt und die Größe ist fast zu eng und zu kurz, so gesehen brauche ich fast XXL, dann wird es aber an den Schultern zu breit. Komischer Schnitt. Wahrscheinlich Türkische Größen!? Weil das Teil ist Made in Türkei. Stoff, wie was vernäht ist usw. kann sich wieder sehen lassen, die Qualität scheint viel besser als der VJ Müll davor. Würde sich aber noch, nach erstem Mal waschen, zeigen.
Ich habe seit 10 Jahren eine neue Lieblingsmarke/Designer, somit jetzt erst Recht nie wieder Versace! Sorry Gianni, dich liebe ich aber immer noch!
Das ist eine NULL Stern Bewertung für den Versace Kundenservice und nicht für die Marke selbst! Bei der Qualität beziehe ich mich auf VJ und VJC T-shirts unter 100€ im Vergleich zu Ittierre Qualität aus den 90ern und 00ern. Und möchte auch nicht die Qualität der höherpreisigen VJC Sachen oder gar der Hauptmarke in den gleichen Topf werfen, da sie mir, für den Vergleich, nicht zur Verfügung stehen!

Pretty much invisible the whole time when we called in for cocktails. Got sat at a table full of dirty plates and glasses from the previous occupants. After 20 minutes a waitress came and cleared half we had to put the rest of the dirty items on the bar. No-one wiped our table , half an hour before anyone came and took our order and when our four cocktails finally arrived the waitress had no idea which one was which!! Terrible service with untrained staff, Versace used to be a special place to go but no more😢
Damaged item
I have ordered a sunglasses from Versace for £263 (Christmas gift for my father) and no one bothered to inspect the item before the parcel was shipped.
I have sent a email to the Customer Service in order to find out the return instructions.
It took them 48h to simply reply my email.
However I’ve left the item in UPS point and it’s already one week, nobody is picking it up from there and if I am lucky enough I’ll have my refund on the end of January 2023. This order has ruined my 2022 Christmas mood.
Never again Versace, it’s made in China!!!

Awful company- placed order over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. They are unwilling to help yet have taken my money. They then had the cheek to ask me to sort it out with UPS myself! Don’t order from them!

Non existent customer service. Faulty sunglasses bought preference repair or replace proof of purchase supplied they couldn’t give a damn. Initial generic email response from them then nothing now after 2 months despite my fruitless efforts to contact them. They don’t give a damn about their customers they just want the money!!

Better customer care in Primark
Versace.com shopping is fine, you order, they take your money and deliver. However, if anything goes wrong as in my case UPS lost my package, they are just abysmal. Customer service offer little help other than they open an investigation and basically don't contact them again for 14 business days. They do not care about their customers.

Arrivato ordine con un biglietto d auguri con scritto gli auguri per entrambi i regali sullo stesso biglietto.Contattato il servizio clienti mi e'stato detto che per ogni ordine si può avere solo un biglietto d auguri anche se nell' ordine ci sono più prodotti,bisogna quindi fare ordini singoli per ogni prodotto per avere un biglietto per ogni prodotto..e già mi sembra un assurdità dovere pagare più spese di spedizione per avere un biglietto. Per quanto riguarda la confezione regalo mi e'stata chiesta la foto del biglietto e dei due prodotti, successivamente mi e'stata chiesta una foto in cui si vedeva che io avessi chiesto confezione regalo(cosa del tutto inutile visto che mi e'stato inviato il bigliettino d auguri che provava la richiesta della confezione regalo). Insomma mi sono arresa perché per venti centesimi di busta regalo mi sembra assurdo sto casino .Alla fine mi e'stato consigliato di effettuare il reso e rifare due ordini separati per avere due confezioni regalo! Insomma assurdo che un marchio così grande e così famoso si perda per delle cose del genere quando bastava inviarmi due buste e chiusa li. Farò i pacchi con la comune carta regalo ma sicuramente non comprerò mai più sul sito Versace che dopo che paghi non poco per un regalino ti trattano come una pezzente che devi mendicare il loro sacchetto e ti chiedono le prove come se volessi rubargli il loro sacchetto...insomma ti trattano per quello che loro sono

I ordered online and was very happy with my purchase and kept waiting for my order but after searching for my order number on their portal, it said my order was cancelled and I received no notification from them about cancellation. After writing an email to their team they just simple regret the situation and could not offer an actual solution.

I love Versace and their unique house codes, however, their customer service is terrible--online wise. I recently purchased a bag online, and I wanted to know if it was authentic. I have a few authentic bags I purchased at the boutique and official stores like Nordstrom and SSense. This time, I purchased one at 1stDibs. My authentic bags NFC tags were not working, nor the NFC tag for my preloved bag. Okay, that's fine. They let you email the code, product image, and will get back to you, right? Nope. It's been weeks and no response. So I talk to their online customer service, and they say they can't verify it for you, or look up old catalogs if the bag was once a Versace product. They will even lie to you that the authentication team did email you back, when I didn't even provide my email in the chat. Instead, they end the chat. I did end up visiting a boutique and they just tried the NFC method and it didn't work.I thought I was very polite in my inquiry; the first person to respond was sweet, though she couldn't help me. The last one was very rude, and was very unprofessional and hung up (yes, Jasmine, I'm talking about you 😡)
The 99 cent store gives better service and merchandise than Versace. Scammers!
Never buy from Versace.com I bought a $400 pair of men’s sunglasses back in June for my birthday. The day I received them, the gold logo fell off. A few days later the other logo vanished. I had only worn them for laying in the sun. They took three months to process my return. Three months JUST TO CONFIRM THEY RECEIVED my item. It is now almost December and I still do not have my refund and I have been given every excuse in the book and even was asked very confidential information that was “passed to other people in the company” the worst customer service and quality product I will ever have this much stress. Never again! Be warned

Extremely poor showing from a company renowned for its so-called quality. Have another ring from a local jewellers for a third of the price and it's doing me very well as I have it now 2 years.
