This brand it is a bad joke

This brand it is a bad joke, day 1, I order one item that looks to be in stock, I pay, after 24 hours they cancel my order. Day 3, I receive email from them tgat the product that I'm intersted in, is back in stock, I order, I pay, after less then 24 hours they cancel again my order. The even does not have one app in App Store or Google Play. It is a shame fir a house that pretend that it is a luxury brand. Luxury only for asking price, but for excellence and sercicess NO WAY.

Pessima gestione degli acquisti online. Ho acquistato 2 volte lo stesso articolo e 2 volte mi è stato annullato l'ordine, la prima volta dopo un giorno, la seconda volta addirittura dopo vari giorni e dopo la ricezione della fattura, quando ormai lo credevo già pronto per la spedizione!!!!! Ma che modo di fare è questo!!!! Se non avete i prodotti disponibili, non fateli acquistare

Ich mag die Mode von Versace sehr gerne. Leider wurde mir nach der Reklamation von Unterhosen aufgrund von Materialfehlern bei der erneuten Bestellung ein paar getragener Unterhosen zugeschickt, die Label waren bereits abgeschnitten. Wohl auch eine Reklamation, die nicht wie eigentlich angemessen einem ordentlichen Qualitätsmanagement unterzogen werden sollte. Und der Service reagiert darauf leider auch nur mit dem Angebot einer Retour. Das ist super enttäuschend und erschreckend. Ich mag ja meine Mitmenschen ganz gerne, deren getragenen Unterhosen muss ich aber nicht unbedingt kaufen...

Surprised by all the negative reviews

Surprised by all the negative reviews. I Love Versace, they have some amazing collections/collaborations.
I have been using Versace (online) for years and have not had an issue other than a silk shirt being available online, ordered it but it was actually out of stock. Shortly after speaking with client services, I was asked if I was interested in something similar. The issue was resolved very quickly!

Service client horrible

Service client horrible. Après avoir commandé une ceinture sur leur site, 4 jours après je n'ai toujours pas de numéro de suivi alors que j'ai payé un extra pour livraison express (1-2 jours ouvrables). Ils me disent avoir été fermé pour le 26 décembre, ce qui n'est en aucun cas précisé sur leur site et que par conséquent ma commande a pris du retard. Ils refusent de me rembourser ne serait ce que les frais de port et sont incapable de me dire quand ma commande va être livrée.
Bref, mon premier achat sur le site Versace et pour sur LE DERNIER.

Why am I not surprised the reviews on…

Why am I not surprised the reviews on here regarding Versace are so bad.

I purchased some Versace Chain reaction trainers, after experiencing a manufacturers defect (the design peeled off) I contacted Versace to have this matter rectified. The same way I contacted Louis to repair the defect to the runners I purchased from them.

I contacted Versace in March 2023, it is now December 2023, I was promised a replacement, which they retracted. So not only do I not get the resolution I was expecting, I've had to wait 9 months, continuously going back and forth with Versace to now be told, furthermore threatened, that if I do not accept the resolution they have offered, they will simply return the same trainers, in the same state and do absolutely nothing to assist.

9 month wait, tons of e-mails going back and forth to not even have the trainers simply repaired or replaced? that is absolutely abysmal.

I didn't even have to wait 2 weeks with Louis, they couldn't repair the runners i purchased therefore they replaced them.

Why am I shopping with Versace if you can't provide the standard of service that comes with Luxury brands?, the whole point of paying a premium price is because of the level of service and after care you receive, wont be holding my breath for that from Versace ever again.

Worst experience with any high end designer brand ever!

Empty Store but I had wait outside..why??

Wanted to purchase an item at the Collins st store in Melb, to my horror they asked me wait outside the door, yet I could see the store was empty not a sole inside. I waited 8 minutes, security at the door just standing there I could see staff chatting away doing nothing so I walked off. Now i know why it is always empty, shame on you

THE WORST

Sadly, I think I can no longer be a Versace customer, at least definitely not at Versace.com Canada. I cannot believe the horrible customer service. It really pains me because I’ve actually probably spent 200k at Versace in the last 2 yrs. Let me tell you, ‘they’ could not care less and they can clearly see my shopping history. I recently purchased a comforter and bedding set and when I excitedly opened it it was a comforter I’ve never even seen on any site and definitely was not what I ordered. From the moment you contact Versace customer service you get a screaming girl with a hard to understand cambodian(?) accent to guide you through their phone lines. Once I explained to them what happened they came to me with the simple steps of all I have to do is take a series of forensic photos of ALL the packaging, ALL the items, ALL the barcodes and receipts and invoice AND boxes. Then I can send that all to them with an explanation of what I wanted and once reviewed after 72 ‘business hours’ they’d ‘get back to me if the return is approved. ‘IF approved’ they’d send me a return label and then I WOULD be able to repack it all up, carry a huge box to the post and wait for my refund. 12 days later I received my refund only to not get any of the tax back on a 2000$ purchase which is 300$+ in Quebec. Luckily, I CAN get in touch with Canada border taxes and duties and then I CAN print out specialty forms to apply for my taxes back which I have to send ALL the invoices and return labels and evidence to and then I SHOULD receive my taxes I paid back in 6-8 weeks. Wow, amazing. Not to even mention that I spoke to some of the most psychotic customer ‘service’ agents in my life history. They are running a racket. They put me on hold while their doorbells were ringing, hung up on me, clearly wrote something about me on their file so every time I spoke to someone they would put me on hold, read ‘my file’ and come back to me treating me like ‘I was the psycho’. I spoke to Mona, Tanya and a supervisor Ilan none of which should be in customer service, especially not the supervisor who should work in domination instead of customer service. I can’t believe that a luxury fashion company is acceptable of and not improving upon this service, or that this is acceptable. You can shop at Mytheresa in Germany, Farfetch in the UK, Cettire or SSENSE all of which return your taxes, have great customer service and assist you happily. This staff at Versace.com Canada is lying, protecting each other, antagonizing customers, rude, and it’s not okay. And, if it happens to you there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s really about small people abusing their power over you with absolutely no recourse. All it would take is a small amount of management to improve this, so clearly Versace doesn’t care. Period. I love Versace, I’ve decorated my home in Versace and it’s most of my wardrobe but I’ll NEVER shop at Versace.com Canada again. (I spoke to someone in Versace customer service in the USA and they were absolutely lovely but are unfortunately not affiliated with Canadian orders, I also spoke to my sales person at Versace Toronto and they are also not associated with Versace online.)

Service après-vente catastrophique refuse d’effectuer l’échange d’une paire de claquettes acheter en période de solde , ils imposent le remboursement et lorsque je veux re commander le même article le prix n’est plus le même et refuse de s’aligner sur le premier prix d’achat
A fuir pour une marque de luxe je suis très déçu

Wrong Size Very Poor Service from Versace.

I have purchase an Versace Trainer from Mypilot.co.uk in Leicester online. The Size I purchased was a Size 10 = 44. When I have received was a Size 8.5 = 44. This is clearly incorrect.

I inform mypilot and they said they cannot do anything or compensate me in any way. I just informed the manufacture Versace, they said they will investigate but cannot do anything in the meantime unless i Purchase from there website and they give me £8.00 off the delivery. I just feel a shamed for the brand as there cannot even get there quality right. I should suggest to other customer please check the size in the item you purchase as this issue can happen then they tell you we cannot do anything thereafter. I have not only wasted time and money in sending the item back as miss sold the item in terms of the wrong size.

Please DO NOT buy their watches

Please DO NOT buy their watches. I bought a Versace watch and in one month after the first use the watch band came off. I sent it in for repairs 6 months ago and they are still waiting for a part to arrive from swiss they say. The Versace customer service is terrible. I have and still been without my watch and no help from Versace, all they say is we are sorry for the wait. Ridiculous!!

If there was a way i could give Versace…

If there was a way i could give Versace a ZEEO STAR i would have, purchased a baby push chair and a baby bag which ripped within the second use, called them and was told they cant refund nor replace but i should send it back for repair which i did. Its been nearly two months now and never heard from them. I have been using a plastic bag to carry my baby’s stuff..disgusting. So i heard to purchase another bag for my baby,, . You would think after spending soo much money you would get better service. Im never gonna buy any versace item ever in my life.

I've shopped here numerous times. Each time I was treated respectfully online & in-store. Had a great range of items at 50% off RRP which is awesome. I've purchased bags, shoes, clothes, and wallets and have been happy with the quality and service and a good range of sizes even up to euro 44 for some items. Highly recommend this official online store. FYI: they always wrap my item with a beautiful gift wrap.

Bin seit Jahren Kunde bei Versace. Die ungewöhnlich vielen, negativen Bewertungen machen mich stutzig. Steckt die Konkurrenz dahinter, neidische Menschen? Kann mich nicht beklagen, Sehr schöne, wervolle Ware, Schuhe, das Paar für 890 Euro, Hoodies für mehr als 1000 Euro und so weiter. Hocke mehrmals die Woche vor einem Cafe in belebter Örtlichkeit. Oft loben mich Passanten wegen meiner schicken Versace Klamotten! Kunden beschweren sich hier im Forum über mäßige Qualität der Uhren und Schmuckstücke. Nun ja, Versace ist halt bekannt, für exklusive Kleidung! Der Kundendienst? Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit. Musste zweimal rückliefern (eigene Schuld). klappte anstandslos. Werde weiterhin Kunde bleiben.

Missing sunglasses, very poor customer service

I got my package 3 days after I purchased the product. When I opened it, everything was there except the sunglasses. I E-mailed Versace multiple times (they never, or rarely E-mail back). I also called them multiple times, I had to send pictures of the package etc. After this I heard nothing from them so I called again and I was told that it would take a maximum of 14 business days. 17 business days later, I still hadn't heard anything so I called again and they said UPS called me and I didn't answer (they only called 1 time and it was a random Indonesian number which called via WhatsApp, which caught me by surprise). Now, more than one month later, I still haven't got my sunglasses and I have to contact UPS, who don't pick up. Very, very poor service from a brand I didn't expect it from :(

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service and will never buy from them again. Ordered online 3 times and all 3 times they never get my address right and when I call to find out the problem the customer service representative are always rude and no help. Only double talk and excuses. This is NOT a premium brand based on the overall experience they deliver
