I ordered a shirt on may 23 2024, it has not been shipped. Customer service keep lying and they don't care, nobody knows where the article is or when it's going to ship. I requested a refund they say that they have to contact the corporate in Italy!

Lousy customer service!
My wife and I both received a Versace watch as a GIFT from our daughters family on our 40th wedding anniversary. Her watch needed a couple links removed which was easily done locally. My watch fit but I would prefer it to be a little looser. I contacted Versace client service requesting one additional band link. Following this were emails requesting the watch information, pictures of the watch, our address and phone, and where the watch was purchased plus a copy of the sales receipt.
It was a GIFT. I don’t know where it was purchased, I do not have a sales receipt, and I refuse to ask.
I got a call today again demanding a sales receipt. I again said it was a gift. He said to send the watch in to their service place and they would install links at about $75 each.
How stingy can a company be? Extra links are provided free at other companies. It’s a stainless steel band, NOT GOLD!
Buy elsewhere people. This is a bad company that will not support its consumers basic requests. This watch’s MSRP is like $1695 and they won’t give you an extra link free. PLEASE!

The story:
Orderd a versace eros from your website and suddenly after paying and confirmed, after couple of days you gave canceled it due to your You are not shipping it for my location then why accepted it in the first place.
Then i received a call from these numbers

Telling me they are from versace and want to confirm a new order details.
They started to ask about my address then my credit card untill here i stopped and told here why asking for my credit card.
So there are 2 possible reason.
1. Either one of your support want to scame me
2. Or one of your support is selling our information to other pp as i think the numbers are random and temporary.
I had chosen to talk to Versace main website versace.com to avoid any scams and cheating but i found out that using original Versace website made me more vulnerable than buying the product from any other fragrance website in the internet.
The one that was talking to me details:
- Girl
- looks like assian from Korea, japan, Singapore….. in this area in general.
- So check if there os any one in your team has access to this information from this area.
Based on all fraud reports, calls and cases that I received are from this area i don’t why but literally alllll of them are girls in this region so guys take care from these pp in this region.
I will call you and the number again and again until you catch them and i think they will delete my emails and will not let my messages deliver to the top managers but I’m a software engineer and i know how to make this scam public to the world.
Im really not happy about that
I will post everywhere in trustpilot, medium linkedin and everwhere to make pp aware of Versace vulnerability and scams and more clear about their pp that they employ.

Jeg bestilte et par solbriller på versace.com som havde to par udskiftelige solbrille glas. Da brillerne ankom var det ene par glas en anden farve end hvad de oplyser på deres hjemmeside, og hvad man kan se på billederne.
Jeg skrev til deres kundeservice at de gerne måtte sende mig de korrekte ekstra glas, hvilket de ikke var interesserede i. Efter en måneds korrespondance frem og tilbage, endte jeg med at sende brillerne retur. Hvorefter jeg bestiller en anden model for ikke at ende i samme situation igen. Jeg har modtaget det nye par, denne gang med produktionsfejl på glasses. Deres kundeservice er fuldstændig ligeglad med at du betaler flere tusind kroner for deres produkter og om produkterne er som de skal være. Hvis du absolut skal købe versace, så gør det i en butik hvor du kan se produktet på forhånd. Deres kundeservice er på ingen måde samarbejdsvillige til at give dig en god købsoplevelse!
Versace.com makes shopping easier
If you don't have a Versace boutique nearby or have time to visit, Versace.com is the right place to shop. They have latest products and larger stock quantity than the boutiques. The express delivery is very fast and smooth. Do check whether they include Duties and Taxes and the return Duties and Taxes beforehand because their return policy can vary from country to country. And if you don't know your size then I recommend you visit a Versace boutique first to take a trial. The size convesion charts are very confusing and do not provide accurate inch/cm measurements of the garments. This is something they need to work on. The customer service is polite and courteous. Just call them and they will help you with all your concerns. Needless to say that Versace product quality is one of the best among luxury brands.
Overall I'm very satisfied with shopping at Versace.com
I used to love Versace
I used to love Versace. The quality of their goods went down terribly while their prices skyrocketed. The leather bags look so cheap, like Chinese fakes. And if you return something, it takes 2 weeks from the moment they receive the returned goods to see your money back. So they practically hold your money for up to a month from ordering.. Which other luxury company does that? I am still waiting for my refund.
Crap Customer Service
I purchased a bottle of Dylan purple at cancun duty free on my way back to England. Two weeks later I opened it to use and found that the novel was faulty.
I contacted customer service to complain only to be told I needed the receipt which I did not have as I'd thrown it away (and I paid cash)
They keep coming back saying I need the receipt but after doing some research you don't need a receipt if the product is faulty but they still won't replace an £80 bottle of perfume!!!!
Lying Versace
For 4 months Fadi at the Bond Street shop has lied to me about a refund due to me for sub-standard goods. Quick to take your money but slow to return it!

If I could, I would give them zero stars. The customer service is the worst ever. I ordered 2 items, one of them was wrong - wrong colour and looked pretty different than the the picture in the online shop. Directly at the same day I've made a complain and sent them an email. I had to wait almost 1 week until they answered. And the only reply was they delivered the correct item, which was not true. Anyway I decided to return the wrong item cause I didn't want to keep it. I got the return confirmation but there is still no refund. Meanwhile I opened a Klarna dispute to get more support cause the customer service just don't care. Versace answered to Klarna that they flagged me as a suspicious customer couse of issues in the past. I only placed 2 orders und there was no problem with the another one. How could they assert such a lie without any evidences? It seems like many customers had already similar problems with them. So that was the second and definitely the last order in their online shop. Such a disappointing expirience!

Worst Brand I’ve ever dealt with. They get rich on stealing from people. Ordered a robe from them and they sent me some crappy tiny trainers that weren’t even in my size.
Then they have a whole book on how to return the order. They got the order back and that was 14 days ago and emailed to say they have processed a refund. 14 days later I contacted them to chase up my refund & they’ve just processed it now after I’ve chased it up. Had I not chased it up , I don’t think they’d have processed that refund. Now i have to wait another 14 days to get my money. 28 days in total waiting for a refund? How silly is that. Worst crappiest brand I’ve ever seen. Designer my foot.

Would not recommend, had a bad experience with Versace, had an issue with delivery. Versace Customer service on two occasions did not understand my complaint. Instead tried to upsell more product.

Mi riferisco all'outlet The Mall di Sanremo, gestione pecoreccia, dirigenza da pizzeria, negozio gestito in maniera totalmente fallimentare

A parte il fatto che se sono in coda significa che i posti all'interno sono limitati, quindi se i signori prima di me li fai entrare non mi chiedi "siete assieme?" e poi mi lasci fuori se ti dico di no. Perchè se la capienza all'interno è di (faccio un esempio) 15 persone contemporaneamente e siamo assieme diventa di 30 e se non siamo assieme rimane di 15?
E poi per effettuare un cambio di un articolo evidentemente fallato, riconosciuto fallato anche dal personale in quanto non era la prima volta che un cliente chiedeva il reso per lo stesso articolo e per lo stesso difetto, conclamato all'unisono come mal partorito in progettazione, mi devo sentire dire che devo farmi 300 KM per sostituire l'articolo perchè loro ammettono che è fallato e mal riuscito ma sono trascorsi troppi giorni e me lo devo fare sostituire da un'altro Versace (sicuramente più professionale di loro e più Versace), come se loro invece di essere Versace fossero appunto la pizzeria da asporto sotto casa, con la carta per alimenti unta. Il personale non c'entra nulla, chi dirige dovrebbe andare a zappare la terra, ovviamente senza offendere chi la zappa davvero che sicuramente vale molto di più sia dal punto di vista umano che di quello intellettuale

Unterirdisch schlecht!
Ich habe am 28.12.23 eine Uhr bestellt und bezahlt. Den Kaufvertrag habe ich noch am gleichen Tag widerrufen, ca. 4 Stunden nach Bestellung. Von dem Kundenservice bekam ich eine Nachricht, dass man den Bestellvorgang nicht mehr aufhalten könnte, obwohl die Uhr erst letztendlich am 04.01. tatsächlich verschickt wurde. Mehrfache Emails meinerseits mit der Bitte den Versand zu unterlassen, blieben ergebnislos. Die Sendung sollte nach deren Aussage von Italien nach Deutschland geschickt werden und ich sollte die Annahme dann verweigern. Ich habe das als sehr unverschämt und alles andere als nachhaltig empfunden. Zudem Versace die ganze Zeit mit meinem bereits gezahltem Beitrag von über 2000 Euro arbeitete. Letztlich erstattet wurde der Betrag erst 10 Tage nachdem die Uhr, die ich nie in den Händen gehalten habe, wieder zurück war. Nie wieder!!! Ich kann jedem hier nur von Versace abraten.
