Bien scotché . Déposer le 5 octobre réceptionné le 9 octobre dans l'entrepôt de Versace. Je contacte le service client 15 jours après. On me dit qu'ils on bien reçu le colis. Mes il était vide. I am compelled to share a deeply frustrating experience I had at Versace store in Neumünster on November 2, 2024, an experience that has left me not only disappointed but frankly angered by the rude and unprofessional behavior of your staff.
When I arrived at around 11:00 AM, I found a Versace La Medusa lavender bag with a price tag of 240€. Thinking it was a good price, I decided to purchase it and went to the cashier. However, when the sales attendant scanned the tag, she stated that the price was “wrong,” abruptly removed the tag in front of me, and walked away. I was left stunned at her attitude – as though I was responsible for their mistake and she couldn’t be bothered to offer any respectful explanation.
Feeling embarrassed and unsatisfied, I shared this with my sister and decided to go back, hoping for a more professional response from a different staff member. Instead, the second employee I spoke to was even ruder. She claimed in a condescending tone that “bags are not sold at that price,” dismissing me outright and making it clear that she didn’t care about the mistake or my experience.
I have never encountered such blatant disrespect and disregard as a customer. Errors happen, I understand that. However, the lack of courtesy and the way I was treated – as if I was at fault for their incorrect pricing – was humiliating and unacceptable. Respect and proper communication are fundamental to customer service, and your staff at the Neumünster store failed spectacularly on both counts.
I expect Versace, as a luxury brand, to uphold a standard of service that treats customers with respect and professionalism. This experience was anything but, and it has left a lasting negative impression.
Please address these issues with your team to prevent other customers from having similarly disrespectful encounters.

I recently received a Versace bag as a gift, and I have to say I was disappointed. While the design is flashy and recognizable, the quality doesn’t live up to the brand’s reputation. The stitching was uneven, and the leather felt cheaper than expected for such a luxury item. Additionally, the bag is surprisingly heavy, making it uncomfortable to carry for long periods. Overall, it seems more about the logo than the craftsmanship, which is a letdown for a high-end purchase.

Versace ist eine Überteuerte Marke die nicht das einhält was es Verspricht. Die Qualität ist sehr Mangelhaft und definitiv nicht sein Preis Wert. Das nächste mal suche ich mir eine Marke die zumindest keine mangelnde Qualität vorweist.
Very poor quality/damaged product
I ordered the Medusa cufflinks twice as an anniversary gift. The first pair was so damaged. Nicks, scratches, and scuffs all over it. The resin face was broken and cracked on each cufflink. Looked used like a display model that was handled poorly and dropped. Second order was not as bad but still has nicks and scratches and looked used as well. I’m so disappointed in the quality and both times they did not include a message in the package that I requested for my gift. I will never shop at Versace online again. I requested a partial refund for my troubles and that was denied as well. The best they could do was upgrade my shipping. What a joke! I will not recommend this store.
Questionable quality
I bought some Versace items online. I tried on a pair of shorts for the first time, they fit me, and I kept them. When I wore them for the first time, I noticed that they had a tear on the side. Customer service told me that they would not exchange items even though it had been purchased for only 4 days. Versace does not guarantee the quality of its products. Shame for a “luxury” brand. Never again.

The fact that i bought a gift in April and they lost my package and I had to wait 2 and a half months for my refund it absolutely beyond me and the worst customer service a luxury brand could ever have. Even when I got my refund I spoke with a supervisor named Kayla who said she would give me a call back the next day but didn’t just like the other reps that I’ve spoken to per speaking to Kayla, it’s like they all have the same agenda to do nothing. Kayla informed me that because my robe was on sale and no longer available that she would see if I could get another one at a discounted price as well. Well that was a flat out lie because I had to call them back myself to ask about my refund and some sort of courtesy discount to get another gift and the rep said they only could offer me 10% and even then it probably won’t work, like what did you offer it for if it won’t work!!? Make it make sense!!! THE WORST LUXURY BRAND WORLDWIDE!! I’m going to take my money to Dolce & Gabbana because i still have to get the gift and never spend a dime with the brand ever again and i will never recommend anyone else to spend their money here ever!

Recently brought a £1250 Medusa watch from versace.Wore it twice,shocked to see the Medusa logo came off from the watch and fell inside the dial!! Even a £50 pound watch is long lasting.They gave 2 year warrenty and the problem came just after 2 months.They refused to replace the watch,they said they can repair it but it will take 4 to 5 weeks.NEVER BUY VERSACE MEDUSA

Stay well clear, my wife wore a swim suite once, it discoloured in chlorine, sent photo proof at their request and they had the cheek to say it’s down to wear and tear. The quality of their products fall way below standards and we would not recommend anyone purchases them. And their customer services is beyond a joke

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Super Abwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung, unkomplizierter Umtausch wenn etwas dann doch nicht gefällt. Ebenso ist die Qualität der Produkte so, wie man sie von einer Luxusmarke erwartet.

Just purchased a La Medusa tote less than a month ago. It's made from a canvas material. Already showing fading of the material on the back side.. I reached out to Versace customer service and without going into long details, they said it my problem and would not assist with replacement or repair !. They are horrible. I would not suggest anybody purchase from them. Product is poor quality and they don't said behind their warranty.

Leider nur 1 Stern. Von einem hochpreisigen Unternehmen hätte ich viel mehr erwartet. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht, 3 Mal geschrieben und eine nichtssagende Antwort, am Thema vorbei.
Ich warte seit Tagen auf das Paket. Jeden Tag wird es verschoben.
Und jetzt besitzt Versace die Frechheit mir zu schreibe das das Paket nicht zugestellt werden konnte obwohl gar keiner da war.
Und Versace kümmert sich nicht um die Kunden, aber die Rechnung, die habe ich heute bekommen, nur das Paket nicht.
Ein ganz schlechter Service.
Das kenne ich bei anderen Anbietern 1000 mal besser.
Werde dort nie wieder bestellen.
