This company is an absolute joke. 3 failed attempts at delivery. First delivery looked like it had been thrown from a plane at height. Second they couldn't even be bothered to write the address on the box. They put the postcode, road name and sent and empty box. Do not believe that this is a uk company as it's based in the Netherlands. Customer service is diabolical, phone line does not connect and is a number in the Netherlands. Online chat and email is like speaking to an AI robot with automated responses. They are unwilling to provide evidence of packaging and shipment details from their end. Makes me believe they are just a third party buyer and do not have any control over shipments or packaging. I have waiting 7 weeks for my order and still nothing all they offer is money back or me to provide a new order of what they should resend. I have asked numerous times why they cannot provide any records of what they resent and what I did not receive. If they cannot provide me with photos then this proves that they do not send packages as a business. They are just an online business acting as a third party buyer scamming people out of their time and money.

Great product. Easy to install and successfully vents the bathroom.

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid, but nothing ever arrived. Non existant customer services. Try and call their "phone number" before ordering, you will see, impossible to speak to a human. See other reviews, lots of consistent stories about this. Would strongly recommend avoiding.

Great customer service.

Parcel was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago, still no product. Evri lost parcel, complained to ventilationland, been chasing for weeks, then promised a refund advised today that carrier advised they were returning product to them as we had refused delivery. What utter rubbish I have cameras and no such attempt at delivery, want my money back which is still not forthcoming and would not recommend this company, terrible service. It’s about time they used a different carrier as I am not only one with the same issue.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but thought i would give it a chance and I'm glad I did. Had a little hiccup with order being collected by the courier but contacted Ventilationland and they sorted it straight away. Order arrived as expected and was happy with the hole experience.
