Appartamento bellissimo in centro, molto pulito e ordinato. Check in flessibile.

We did enjoy the appartment. we had to climb till the third floor and that was a little bit heavy. But it was very ice to overlook the canals from there. And the communication was very good!

Voortreffelijke locatie voor Giardini en Arsenale. Leuke buurt. Goede bakker en groente/fruit boot op 2 minuten lopen. Ook andere winkels voor de basisdingen om de hoek. Veel terrasjes, cafe's en restaurants, waaronder uitstekende en leuke plekken, tussen de 2 en 15 minuten lopen bereikbaar.
Rustig gelegen met heerlijk terras aan ruime binnentuin. Appartement heeft goede bedden, 2 slaapkamers en 2 douches. Ietwat gedateerd maar schoon, compleet en plezierig.
Rossana is fantastisch! De voorpret voor onze week Venetië begon al met een mail en app wisseling met haar naar aanleiding van enkele vragen die ik vooraf had, waar ik snel en duidelijk antwoord op kreeg. Zij ontving ons hartelijk bij onze aankomst in de via Garibaldi en was helder op de vragen. Leuk haar te ontmoeten.

Excellent location. Only a few mins walk to both Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

My husband and I have spent four nights in the blue apartment and were satisfied with the hospitality as well as with the location of the apartment. We were there for the Biennale, so we were not bothered with almost no view/daylight, as we just came there to sleep or rest from walking the bienale sites. We recommend it to other couples. As there is another apartment for two just next door, it is suitable for two couples traveling together.

Excellent location in centre of Venice. Good access to shops, restaurants and bakery. Meet and greet was very useful and you could ask any questions needed. There was a slight problem with a cupboard door which was sorted out straight away. Great accommodation for the price we paid.

This is a light, airy and very located apartment in the Castello area in Venice. The apartment is on the second floor in a small building with two other apartments below that are occupied by local residents. The apartment has a nice sized living room, separate dining area, a well-sized bedroom, small kitchen and a bathroom. If you are looking to stay away from the overcrowded tourist areas of Rialto and Accademia, but close enough to all the main attractions of Venice and in close proximity to local life, this apartment will suit your needs. We enjoyed walking the back streets and getting lost in the winding alleyways, window shopping local products, and taking long walks along the corniche. You can hop on the vaporetto at the Giardini station close by. The local market on Garibaldi street is a great addition to stock up on fresh produce every morning. The Coop market is also around the corner. There are a lot of eateries, cafes and restaurants, but nights are quiet. A good place to rest and sleep. Highly recommend the place for families and single woman travelers.

Our apartment number 163 was in a great location for exploring Venice.
The obliging and professional assistance from Rossana and Eugenia both before and during our stay was prompt and helpful.
This charming, clean and tidy apartment definitely met expectations and we will certainly be looking to book other apartments in the future.

Great location...only a few steps away from San Marco square. Clean and comfortable room...clean bathroom..clean kitchen and cold AC. I highly recommend it. I stayed with my wife and two kids and i heard no complains. The only small drawback is the appartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Carrying your luggage 3 floors up can be a difficult task for some people.

I would recomend this means to reserve . It is rather easy complete

Nice apartment in Santa Croce. It has all you need for staying more than one day in Venice. It was clean and comfortable. Great restaurants around and a supermarket. Nice views walking from the apartment to Rialto Bridge and San Marco.
