We will certainly be back! Let me get the negative comment out of the way first! There was only one minor problem: although the bedroom could be separated from the rest of the apartment, this would have led to it being completely internal with no window and no fresh air. Apart from that we were delighted with our apartment in Venice which was perfectly clean and contained all that was required for simple cooking, etc. On arrival, we were met at the San Samuele vaporetto stop and taken to the apartment, where we were taken through all the practical issues.The TV worked and the WIFI was excellent. The location was perfect: close to the vaporetto stop San Samuele but not too close. It was also close to main pedestrian route between Piazza San Marco ant the Ponte del'Accademia, but again not too close. Although the apartment is situated close to a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc., it is very quiet. It is within easy walking distance of the opera house, La Fenice, and the Guggenheim Gallery. It was 40 years since we were last in Venice! We will be going back again soon and when we do we will be hoping this apartment is available.

We were very surprised of the fast service of our booking. We hope, that the apartment will be as good as seen on the photos.

The apartment was in a great location and it was also a great price. My family loved it and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice, Italy.

Perfectly located apartment. Not super luxurious but fitted our needs perfectly. The agent who met us at the water bus stop was friendly and professionel.

Only a very short experience but the booking process was very easy and it was much better to deal with one site with a good selection of apartments rather than multiple aggregation sites pushing a sale. Thankyou.

Visiting the Venice Architecture Biennale, the apartment was perfectly situated within walking distance of the Biennale grounds.
It was a great location - near the famous Rialto bridge, spotlessly clean, the perfect size for a few days away and the caretaker, although we found it hard to communicate! - was very helpfull

Very nice appartment (comfortable and well equipped) for a November-stay. In summer though one would rather go for a place with a view. The building itself, as splendid it is from the outside, definitely lacks some style inside (hallways e.g. are dreadfully blunt).

Great location, excellent host and comfortable, clean apartment with easy access to transport and lots of good eating places within walking distance. Highly recommend for solos, small families or 3-4 adults. Stayed for 3 nights with two friends in October 2018 but would have loved to stay longer....

I recomend it

Great location (just far enough away from the main tourist trails but close enough to reach important sites). Windows looking out on to a busy plaza, one could sit here a few hours alone.
Apartment itself is of a high standard with everything you need.
Can't fault it at all.
And on top of it the price is not overly expensive.
