Varusteleka Recenzje

I have bought many awesome things from this fine site over the years. Great gear selection, rare stuff, and the best prices on surplus you'll find anywhere. Recently, I had trouble with a delivery going to the wrong address (courrier's fault), and they were on it on my behalf same day... above and beyond any customer service department I've ever experienced. Finland doing it right.

A Fisker x7 axe is 39 from these artists, but only 24 on Amazon with free shipping.

Fancy ads are geared at making you a sucker.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. They bait customers with good prices and then take their money and offer free shipping but NOWHERE so they reveal the fact that it will take TWO GODDAMN MONTHS to ever get to you. I could have secured a loan, opened a business and made my own backpack in the time those ass hats shipped one box. There is no excuse. Save your money AND TIME and go somewhere else like Self Reliance outfitters. Varusteleka sucks.

It was just perfect. The sizing information beneath the photos was helpful. The packaging was on point and the delivery perfect (Finland to Germany in 3 days with DHL). The products (wool fleece jacket, others) were very much high end. An extraordinarily pleasent experience.

Super producten, super klantenservice, super prijzen. Ik bestel hier regelmatig.

Great store with fair prices, good customer service and a great sense of humor. Highly recommended after several orders.

Only one potential caveat: if you want the items fast, don't pick the Finnish post but DHL ... the former is very slow despite the store posting the package quickly.

Super god kvalitet, fin leveringshastighed.
Vil bestemt bestille herfra igen.

I have made several orders in the past few years with Varusteleka and tried out some equipment I am unlikely to have come across without their inventory. On returns and one faulty item I have not had any problems with customer service. Yes its expensive to return to Finland and with army surplus there is a variability of sizing and condition but I find their descriptions on both aspects to be fair. I really like the range of kit, their fun descriptions and also the approach of the company to innovative and low impact trading. Well worth a look if you are after outdoor kit

Very pleasent customer communication.

Their return policy is broad and international shipping rates are decent. Have shopped here a few times and will return. Keep up the good work!

Aivan päällikköä toimintaa, niin myynnissä kuin asiakaspalvelussakin. Kiitos.

Aina on onnistunut kaupankäynti ja puutteet on korjattu viipymättä. Ehkä luotettavin nettikauppa.

Kanonkläder till kanonpris! Finlands sak är numera även min! Bockar och tackar!
