I had never heard of this website before but they had really good prices and good reviews so I ordered from Canada and I'm very impressed and I'd recommend them to anyone. Incredibly fast shipping, product is authentic, best price anywhere even with the import + brokerage fees.

Bisher war ich sehr überzeugt von dem online Händler, die Bestellungen werden sehr schnell bearbeitet und die Produkte waren stets mit bester Qualität.
Nun hatte ich dort eine absolute Fehlprduktion bestellt, eine Unterhose, die viel zu lang und dabei so eng ist, dass sie die oberen Blutgefäße abdrückt und mir die Beine kribbeln...und ich bin sehr dünn und schmächtig. Ich habe das Produkt entsprechend negativ bewertet, jedoch wurde diese Bewertung ohne Angabe von Gründen nie veröffentlicht. Weiter habe ich eine Rücksendung beantragt. Man will jedoch ohne Erklärung 10 Euro des kaufpreises einbehalten.
Nach der Erfahrung kann ich den Shop leider nicht mehr empfehlen

Unprofessional and incompetent. Can't get shipping right first time and then blame the shipping errors on everything but their own incompetence. Please avoid, particularly if you want good, efficient delivery and customer service.

Bought many times, no issues, friendly staff

I placed an order with DHL Express expecting fast delivery. Instead, the company took two full business days just to hand it over to DHL. By then, the "express" part was already meaningless.

When I politely brought this up, I received a reply from a girl filled with obnoxiously casual language like "teeny tiny bit slower" — as if I were complaining about sprinkles on an ice cream, not a paid premium service.

This lack of professionalism continued with a dismissive tone, a shrug to their own delays, and no sense of accountability. Just excuses about the holiday season and the typical "processing time doesn’t count" fallback.

To top it off, my previous order didn’t even include a return label, which most reputable companies include by default.

If you value timely service and respectful communication, look elsewhere. They may ship from Finland, but their attitude is straight out of customer service hell.

Kuulemma verkkokauppa on paskaantunut, mutta tetsasin tuotteet kotiinkuljetukselle aivan käden käänteessä.

Kestävät tuotteet. Paitsi syötävät, jotka ei kestä luvattua kolmea vuotta, koska syön ne aiemmin. Nauttiminen on toki vapaaehtoista, mutta olen sitäkin valitettavasti kokenut.

Great customer service & good quality products.
Had a problem with my order that needed email contact to customer service. The autoresponse email clearly & reasonably indicated response times (weekends). The human-written response arrived quicker than indicated, and directly addressed the problem with no delay.
Will happily purchase from them again.

My jacket got shrunken in the sleeve and didnt fit well, they try to help me with my measurements and trying to find a new one, but they havent got one bigger so they helpt me perfectly with an alternative! 11/10 would buy here again!!!

I ordered a package and quickly changed my mind. It took only two minutes to reach a real human, who refunded me almost immediately, even before the package left the building. I received a full refund, which was impressive. Their return policy is top-notch if you don't like the product. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. Great service, you wonderful Finnish people!

Extremely quick, friendly, and helpful customer service. My order did not reach me because of an error on the side of the logistics company; Varusteleka resent it as priority mail without surcharge and even accomodated me being on business travel. Feels like a very approachable and authentic company which values their customers.

Great shop, no problems at all with buying and shipping. Normally one does receive any item out of the stock but I asked for specifics for a helmet that I bought. They send me a helmet that has these specifics so I couldn’t be happier!
Probably the best experience i ever had with an online shop.

I ordered products from Germany and the shipping cost was really high. I returned the products and for that, it costed over 20€. I think it makes sense to make purchases within Finland since it´s a Finnish site, but if you want to order internationally, it is too expensive.

Ich habe einen Wollhoodie bestellt und an der Innenseite war ein kleiner Verarbeitungsfehler. Ich habe einfach im Chat nachgefragt ob das normal ist. Ich hätte ihn auch behalten aber er wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht. Das Kundenservice war super freundlich und nett und ich hatte innerhalb von 4 Tagen einen neuen Hoodie da. Danke. Ich werde da wieder einkaufen!

Ennen tuli tilattua järkihintaista vähän käytettyä varustetta, nykyään ei kannata samaa tavaraa saa halvemmalla muualta.

Brilliant customer service- I had an issue with sizing so emailed the company - had a speedy reply and after further queries I had, each one was answered quickly and helpfully, nothing was too much trouble for them. Eventually I got the right size coat which is an amazing piece of kit, lovely quality at a great price.
