The waitress and the staff were really nice and the food was amazing

I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
Came with 2 friends before a gig. My food arrived cold, they had limited types of pasta. The garlic bread came with raw cloves of garlic and the food lacked flavour. The chef could do with attending a cooking class.
We will NOT be returning

We were made to feel most welcome as soon as we walked through the doors to Vapiano Unit 2, 1 Tower Bridge London SE1 2SF.

Our server for the day was called Ritu.

Ritu was very professional and focused on making our visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Her service was prompt and on point at all times with great attention to detail.

In summary we had a super customer experience and look forward to visiting Vapiano Tower Bridge again.

Spent over £110 systems down online and I have vapiano app they said I can pay at the till but I don't get my loyalty points they can't do it and there system is down. So I loose out on some many points and no one will help or I said if I hold on to the receipt can I claim it next time I come they said sorry I can't help you and that's it. Very disappointed 😞 and annoyed what is the point of having the app if I can't claim loyalty points on over £100 KMT

I recently visited Vapiano and was disappointed with the food quality. The dishes were quite dry and not what I remember from past visits. Vapiano used to be much better, so this experience didn’t live up to those standards. I hope the quality improves again in the future.

Inte mycket till krydda på maträtterna.

Food was terrible decoration was scary and service was completely poor. That’s in Barcelona Vapiano .We are paying for the food there gives you a vibe as if you r getting it for free. Will never go back spaghetti looks more Asian Ramen noodles not Italian

Vapiano i Gamla Stan är riktigt dålig. Maten var en enda sörja och personalen var nonchalant och undvek dig. Går inte tillbaka hit!

Bland food. Zero taste.
Difficult to get in the restaurant. The waiter watched us struggle with the big heavy door, whilst we stood in the wind and rain. He just told us to push harder without helping. We are sure the door was actually locked. Weird experience.

The food is great (they make their own pasta on-site), and the staff are friendly. However, everything else is slack.

1. Surcharges are not displayed prominently.
We need to see the amount including surcharge before we tap. Saying "surcharges may apply" in small print is not sufficient! ACL requires the surcharge rates to be displayed as prominently as the most prominent price. Show the amount and show it in a prominent font! We need to know if the surcharge is different via different payment methods.

2. Phone number format.
I got the error "Does not match pattern" when trying to sign in on the App. No where did it say you need to start with 61 country code.

3. We were not offered menus.

4. The WiFi required a password, which was not offered. And 4G mobile data did not work as we were inside a building.

5. No paper tax invoice.
We were not offered a paper nor electronic Tax Invoice.

6. Split bill was good

7. We were not asked for my membership number to get Vapiano rewards.

8. When we scanned the QR code on the table we got http 404 not found.

Minns när Vapiano låg på Östermalm, atmosfären var så bra, det luktade olivolja, vitlök som frästes, massor med människor och stämningen var på top!! Att gå på en Vapiano restaurang idag är som att gå in ett trist, mediokert livlös resturang. Jag rek McDonald’s framför Vapiano.

We are at in the Exchange restaurant watching the restaurant clear out with unhappy customers, staff members crying and the managers no where to be seen

We waited over an hour for our meals which all came out at separate times, some parts were misting. The kids drinks came half filled in dirty glasses, their sides and desserts didn’t come.

When we asked for a refund and to speak the manager & if he could come talk to our table, he did not come.

Really terrible service, DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT

Such a huge difference when you order in person. They make an effort when your in store. Online orders a are hit and miss.

Malmö Vapiano har en mycket ursel service och bemötande av servitrisen och restaurang-ansvarig.
Fick vänta på en kanin pizza y ca en timme trots flera gånger påminnelse om maten till kidsen som var super hungrig
De flesta pasta rätter var slut och ingen förståelse att service var katastrof….men betalt tar de. Botten som restaurang.

Sandsynligvis den mest forfærdelige service og mad nogensinde. Yderst skuffende.
Vi havde forudbestilt til 9 personer. Ingen til at byde os velkommen og de ansatte var ligeglade.
Vi bestilte vores mad inkl 2 sides (forretter) - bruchetta og hvidløgsbrød.
Hvidløgsbrødet kom ret hurtigt.
Ventede i 40 minutter før den første pasta og de første pizzaer blev serveret. Retter kom spredt de næste 10-15 min. Også noget som vi ikke havde bestilt.
1 pizza var kold. Tjeneren var ligeglad, selvom han fik at vide, at vi ikke var tilfredse.
Bruchettaen blev kun serveret, da vi spurgte efter den.
Hold dig væk fra Vapiano.
Værste service NOGENSINDE.

40mn d'attente pour un jus de pomme ...... pour qu'ils m'apportent jus d'orange. quarante minutes (oui oui 40)

1. Drinks took too long
2. My dad didnt get his Pepsi which he ordered
3. It took 3 goes to get my mum’s pasta correct (1 no butter and cheese but hot. 2 no butter and cold 3 cheese butter and hot 👍)
4. My dad is vegetarian so he ordered penne arabbiata (no meat) and he got spaghetti bolognaise (meat!!)
5. Free Wi-Fi didn’t work
