"LIES AFTER LIES"

I was travelling for my best friend wedding and I thought my flight ticket was all good.
But 3 days before my departure, I check the airline website to make sure my flight was on schedule. To my surprise, I couldn't find the booking anymore.
LIE 1: When I called the agency, they told me this was a website glitch from the airline.
So I call the airline support and asked about the booking. They told me it was cancelled and refunded.
LIE 2: The agency told me they have been notified by the airline and were aware of an issue. However, I was never informed and was NOT refunded.
LIE 3: As I kept pressing the agency, they said I will get a new booking by the evening. You guessed it, I didn't receive anything.

At this point, I have lost complete trust with them and potentially a lot of money because I have to be at the wedding. I am currently trying to recover the damage this as caused by any means possible.

Prompt reply to my questions and emails by phone call and everything dealt with professionally .

Really helpful & friendly staff. Good prices. It was a bit difficult to open the email attachment with the e-ticket.

Peter was very helpful and reassuring. He ensured that the slight delay for the issuance of the flight tickets where technical issues with the airlines. They have also informed and reminded me to update my details with the airlines post purchase so it shows they care for their customers. I would definitely recommend VacationXpert!

Harry from VacationXpert managed to arrange really convenient flights to Miami that weren’t available elsewhere and for a reasonable price. He was pleasant to deal with and always quick to respond

One thing I should mention is that the prices on their website are not ‘live’. Once you put your details the agents will give you a call to discuss. I’m usually opposed to these types of booking methods but these guys actually make an effort to get you decent flights at the best price

Much appreciated Angelina's pro-active approach. I had to get the ticket sorted but was so busy and she did most of the calling back and was friendly and clear and even got me a better flight for the same price. Really helpful. Much appreciated. 5 stars definitely.

CHEAP, POLITE AND HELPFUL.

Just booked two flights to Mexico for the Christmas period.
Was originally attracted to the low price advertised on momondo but it turned out the flights at this price were not available when I tried to book (that is the reason for four stars instead of five). Angelina called me back soon afterwards and got me flights on my first choice of airline for about £2k less than the price on the airline website. She sent through the booking reservation in about an hour and I have just chosen the seats on the airline website, so all above board.

Kim Foster offered fantastic customer service. She did everything she could so that i can get the best deal. She was also patient and understanding when we had a little hiccup with the bank. Thank you so much!

Wow! How are all those 5 star reviews even real when "everyone" has an urge to name their online agent as BFF's

Extremely shady practices. They are happy to take your payment without even showing the fare rules upfront but the below "maybe" bullet points.

This means you can only know what you paid for once you have parted ways with your cash.

I have tried calling them to ask about the rules/baggage and funnily enough, they said the tickets were not available even though I could see them on the website.

"If something is apparently too good to be true, it probably is"

Great dealing with Garry White, he made it all very easy and really listened to my requirements unlike some companies who just want to sell you the tickets they have in mind, will use this company again.

I have purchased a ticket to Mumbai with very little effort through Vacationxpert. The ticket has been issued and I have had no difficulties with Kim Foster. I have not given a 5 yet as this is my first dealings with VacationXpert and therefore I will wait until I have experienced there overall service before making a true judgement.
