About to purchase a flight on Brussels airlines and then they inform me that price does not include baggage! This was for a scheduled flight with an airline which usually allows two pieces of 23kg baggage to W. Africa.

Luckily my payment had not gone through online due to some server error and so they phoned me and then mentioned about the baggage.

The info on their website says to check the luggage allowance on the eticket..so if I had purchased this online I would not have known until I received the eticket that this did not include baggage which would then have cost an additional £100.

I think this is a dishonest way of advertising the flights. I guess if it looks too good to be true it is too good to be true!

Angelina George was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make the whole reservation process a easy journey!

Great service - found discount tickets when most other travel agents had massively upped prices. I was served by Garry, who was friendly and helpful and made the process completely painless. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, like many of the reviews, this company tries to 'sell' you luggage when you already have included in the ticket. I bought the ticket via momondo platform and then I had a phone call from Vacationxpert claiming the ticket didn't include any hold luggage on a Malaysian Airlines flight from London to KL !!. Tried to charge an additional large fee (£80) for hold luggage. Refused and eventually e-tickets were emailed. Gets 2 stars because tickets did get issued eventually and company is legit (and registered), albeit with questionable sales tactics.

Good and fast service. Good follow up and update.
