This website is biased! Worse, they promote as a non profit company and in fact their app as free (and also that is promoted), but you have to pay 10$ a year to use their app without an "server" queue and a "I'm not a robot" game! But since when an benchmark app requires an server?

UserBenchmark used to be a decent tool for quick PC part comparisons, but it has completely lost credibility. The biggest issue is how it manipulates scores—especially for CPUs. It heavily favours Intel chips in its ranking system by giving disproportionate weight to single-core performance, even when multi-core performance is far more relevant in modern workloads.

They also consistently downplay AMD hardware, often ranking slower Intel CPUs above much faster AMD alternatives. The methodology is opaque, inconsistent, and seems designed to push an agenda rather than provide objective data. Their response to criticism has been defensive and dismissive, which further damages their reputation.

If you want real performance insight, use sites like TechPowerUp, Tom’s Hardware, or AnandTech instead. UserBenchmark is no longer a trustworthy or useful resource.

I just wanted to compare some specifications, but immediately underneath it said:

Embarrassingly unprofessional.

Their really trying to say that we’re fake reviews, just for that I’m leaving this review!

Their highly innacurate when comparing different spect like AMD and are promoting intel and nvidia probably cause they get paid otherwise how would they stay running?
Moreover you get better results and RAW performance data on YouTube and 3d mark benchmarks. (I noticed they have the 5070 up their in the top 10 but that’s just because of frame gen which doesnt count for real time gamers that need low latency and no requirements in every game to support frame gen or dlss

used to use it loads, now they are asking for money! and if you dont pay servers are always full

Honestly I don't even know what to type here. They got all the things I needed to know when I go find a specific parts. It's all accurate too so that's a bonus point. Not sure why people hate it.

Site is managed by immature man-child and full of useless and false info, strait lies and fictional garbage! Avoid at all cost, any other site is better than that waste of space and time.

Accurate and reliable information. I use it make informed decisions on buying products. For over a decade now I have used their website and they haven't let me down.

I like that they aren't swayed by big brands to lie about products. They can't be bought, I appreciate that.

The information is laid out in a very user friendly way. The comparison is great for reviewing different products at the same time. I like the rating system too. It is a fun and easy way to to look at the whole overview quickly.

I would have made some expensive mistakes in the past if they weren't around. Thank you Userbenchmark for being there when I needed you.

Old or new, they have the information I am looking for. Always my go to when I need new pc gear information.

Their data seems to be reasonable and served me well as a general comparision.

However, having a big banner under the graphiccards which leads the user to a FAQ with the following text:

Makes me loose any and all faith I have in them. This strikes me as quite unprofessional and even childish. I've decided to look for alternatives.

still biased towards intel/nvidia seems like he bought way too many intel stocks and now he is going broke and refusing to sell, emotional man child I'm surprised the site is still running probably getting funded by intel behind the scenes.

Promotes heavily Intel over AMD cpu's i bet for a reason although latest AMD is superior compared to Intel technology.

You now need to be connected to their server to benchmark your LOCAL computer.
Their server refuses connections telling you can skip the crowd by buying "pro".
They just sold their soul to become anothere scammy paid service.

Can't use UserBenchmark without it saying server is "full" all the time. Like your servers are lazy and want money. Can't even uninstall from a menu!
To uninstall UserBenchmark crap:
Right click UserBenchmark icon on desktop/start menu then click Open file location.
If you came from start menu, right click UserBenchmark on the file explorer and hit open file location again. Then press Control+A and shift+delete.
Press yes on the prompt, then remove the folder by going up a level then deleting it.
Double click the icon on desktop if there is one, then press Yes.
Success!

**UserBenchmark is a scam.** The site is so intent on being pro-Intel and pro-NVIDIA that it seems like the whole website is just a ploy to market those brands instead of actually benchmarking. They change results based on older Intel CPUs instead of the newer, higher performance AMD CPUs. They change GPU rankings and GPU experiences to position low scoring AMD GPUs lower on their site despite paint out performance. Just compare anywhere else for real world performance.

No place for deceiving reviews and benchmarks.
