I am a real gamer and I have been building with AMD since before this website was even an idea. I have a 7700x with a 7800xt and I absolutely love my PC. The only reason I came to this website was to see how much better the 9070 was than my card. In all my years using AMD, I just now had my FIRST issue that required an RMA. My RMA was approved within 12 hours and they had my CPU for less than a day before they had approved my replacement. I get better performance in games (mainly Ark Survival Ascended) than people who have nvidia cards. I run most games on max settings on my 165hz 1440 ultrawide monitor. The ONLY thing I don't like about being on AMD is the FreeSync Premium doesn't really work. I don't really need it and I haven't missed it so I'm not bothered. This website is a joke. If they need to start by explaining away why people hate them, you know you can't trust them. "Everyone says we are bad but they are all wrong or work for AMD." Yeah, ok, buddys. I really just came here to see all the 'virgin marketing account' reviews. Looks like it's just a bunch of people like me who don't take this website seriously.

They are so obviously biased it's sickening, steering people away from better price and performance for low and mid end gamers. They live nvidia and hate amd. It's painfully obvious and dishonest reviewing. Completely unprofessional.

Actual AMD build owner here: I couldn't be more stoked with my 6800 XT / 5800X build. Both of these products are heavily underrated on UserBenchmark and are paired with scathing reviews from what seem to be first party accounts. While they claim to be self-funded, there's a ton of evidence of corporate sponsorship. Do yourself a quick favor. Look up any GPU on their platform, click the little GPUPro link under the initial description of the card, and read the most recent reviews. Both Nvidia and AMD. You may notice that cards from team green that are absolute dogs when it comes to performance have received glowing reviews for essentially no other reason than CUDA architecture, which is exclusive. My thing is that I own a business, edit videos, write software, and run a ton of virtual environments on my hardware. If not having CUDA was an actual issue, I'd know. The ONLY instance where I ran into CUDA related issues is running LLMs. For some reason, quantization doesn't play nice with OpenCL.

In short, UserBenchmark bad. Anecdotally, my buddy tried to submit a benchmark score from their software suite onto their platform and they banned his account. He has a 9800 XT that apparently outperformed the scores they will showcase 😂. What actually bugs me here is that I got a brand new GPU that trades blows with a 3080 for half of the cost of a 3080 at the time. AMD makes an excellent value proposition, and it's a shame that companies like this will purposely pull wool over the eyes of people who wouldn't risk their hundreds of dollars on a card that, according to reviews, isn't great. I took the risk, and have been nothing short of completely satisfied.

This website has nothing to do with any real benchmarks. A heavy nVidia and intel followers. I as a AMD CPU and GPU user coming from intel and nVidia I can tell that AMD is way better, runs everything same way as intel did if not better and price wise AMD will be way cheaper. I will not buy anything based on this website.

way too biased towards intel and nvidia, check different benchmarking sites such as techpowerup for better results
they hate on amd way too much, especially with all the x3d chips (they're rly good, maybe setting aside explosions tho).
also intel instability is an irl issue, i dont get why userbenchmark doesn't care at all (they did write a weird review on the core ultra series tho idk why)

Is this site ran by Nvidia? The standar warning against Amd even tough the 9070xt kicked Nvidias ass is just sad...Never trust Userbenchmark.com whe choosing a g.card.

The UserBenchmark site is unfortunately run by a group of Intel-Nvidia fanboys who preach a tirade of misinformation across consumers. It's ironic that a site which so desperately wants to be spreading 'truth' so consumers aren't misled are the ones with the most bias...

Absolutely based. Ran multiple intel builds multiple amd builds in both userbenchmark and passmark. User benchmark consistently favours intel and however their programming works it manipulates to score amd as performing far lower then it does in reality. Passmark on the other hand gave the same numbers for performance as windows 11 performance monitor and system checks. Userbenchmark did not and scored far lower then actual computer ratings. Clearly userbenchmark is a paid and bought and also heavily biased towards intel. I would be interested to see how much intel stock they invested in as this is a conflict of interest and considering the owners mental state clearly an issue going on here.

Do not trust userbenchmark results as they are far from accurate and biased towards certain companies. Their program also damages your ssd lifespan and is notorious for frying them. Download passmark and enjoy actual legitimate numbers and comparisons. Companies like userbenchmark and their owners should be shut down for illegal business practices and charged with conflict of interest.

Useful Site, but incredibly biased against AMD for some reason, AMD and Radeon product descriptions are a hate rant. This misinformation might influence new builders that don't get it. It's easy to use and has the potential to be a great resource if they decide to be unbiased. I cannot speak for the authenticity of the data.

Deceitful bench marks and comparisons that have a clear bias towards NVIDIA and Intel.
Straight up lies about AMD products and reviews by other outlets and attacking people who purchase these products.
To the people who don't know enough about this subject and the fact that this website is often one of the first results when searching for a comparison, it can influence first time PC builders/purchasers into making the wrong decisions about certain component choices for their needs.
Do not use User Bench mark if you're looking for accurate results. Refer to trustworthy reviewers that deep dive into the data instead of just throwing out imaginary percentages for a comparison that suit their bias.

Whenever I need to compare CPUs, GPUs. My most trusted site is always userbenchmarks. Not only are they a non-profit company but also a good one. Thank you for your years of hardwork for making it easy to compare specifications of computer hardware.

For years I trusted this tool for my earlier gaming setups, then they began feeding lies and disinformation about AMD products. Not just small jibes at any particular product, but full blown bias against the company and all its CPUs post 1XXX Ryzens. They've conveniently promoted nVidia and Intel products and don't seem to care about real world test data. The hate for AMD products is very prevalent, and seems to be personally motivated from someone who's been scorned by the company.
