This site is so hilariously biased it's not even funny.
When AMD started matching Intel when the 3000-series came out, Userbenchmark decided to change the whole rating system, to favor Intel CPUs. Not only that, Userbenchmark seems to have some sort of victim complex, stating in their FAQs:
"Why does UserBenchmark have a bad reputation on reddit?
Marketers operate thousands of reddit accounts. Our benchmarks expose their spiel so they attack our reputation."
And stuff like:
"Why does UserBenchmark have negative trustpilot reviews?
The 200+ trustpilot reviews are mostly written by virgin marketing accounts. Real users don't give a monkey's about big brands."
If you want to have a nice laugh, just look at some of their reviews.

The entire site seems to be either out of date on its testing process, or completely shilled.

Even if they push their subscription service in your face every single time you log in, it is indeed free. It is also a very easy way to test if the system is running up to expectations.

That's all that is positive about this platform. It's insane bias against AMD is rampant, clearly shown in the owner's own words. Every score is also manipulated to prop up either Intel or NVIDIAs performance. This is contrary to real world benchmarks.

Not only that, they constantly push an agenda as if everyone is against them. Pure victim mentality, saying YouTuber's don't promote UserBenchmark because 'they expose the real truth'. It's purely conspiratorial.

The real conspiracy is; are UserBenchmark paid off? And by who? They used to not have this bias. Or maybe it's just a delusional fanboy, who's a little to nostalgic.

Nevermind, they are definitely paid off.

Un site qui n'a aucune valeur informationnelle et morale. Ils passent leur temps à cracher sur AMD, ses utilisateurs et toute autre source qui ne met pas Intel ou Nvidia en avant...
Les avis sont tellement biaisés et de mauvaise foi qu'on croirait qu'ils sont écrits par un enfant de 10 ans qui dit tout et n'importe quoi pour vous vendre sa marque préférée.

I wish I could say I have never fallen for this website before, but I have, in the few years that have passed since, their writings have become genuinely unhinged and verging on conspiratorial. Notonly were they unsatisfied with providing hugely skewed to outright false data, they now rail at random internet users on their site as if reddit is on some sort of crusade against them. Please, just check another few sources before you make a purchasing decision based on someone's ego.

If you want a laugh reading the most bias AMD hating narrative then by all means visit this site. Otherwise stay far away incredibly deceiving and don't take a word they say as a fact or even a coherent opinion.

You download it to test your cpu and it wants you to play stupid games. So you try and uninstall it and you can't. You have to roll back your entire system to get rid of it. This tells you all you need to know about their honesty.

Started throwing a tantrum after amd generally became better than intel and still is to this day. Makes just flat out false reviews at this point

The people that run this website have a narrow world view and sharp biases. I wouldn't use this website for accurate results, unsure if it's NVIDIA sales reps behind the website or fanatics but either way be wary of using this service

It is great for searching, comparing, checking, saving. Found out about Crucial from them. Found a good upgrade for an old PC - CPU.

Useful reference for comparing pc parts and decent benchmarking software. The anti-AMD propaganda is ridiculous. After using their software (I have an AMD GPU), I noticed my GPU performance was a little lacking. Not blaming their software here but it definitely raises suspicion. If the site owner could just chill out and actually write an honest unbiased review, maybe people would actually like userbenchmark as a whole.

A reference site for those who want to find real information, resulting from tests carried out on their systems of all the users who are part of it, like me.
If you find more information on certain products rather than others it is only because the registered users who record their benchmarks have those products in the majority, the absent products or are obsolete or are so poor that few people have spent money on them.
Thanks to this site I can correctly weigh whether the expense is justified, whether it is a CPU or something else.
Other sites have their interests (years ago I was part of one too) and the manufacturers leave free articles if they speak well of them in videos or reviews, to the detriment of reality.

some may think this site is great to use and even use the software, but it's been proven to be biased towards intel, and a rather scary amount. From what I've heard, people working at intel are even upset with how biased it is. While sure you *can* use this site for maybe some results, don't rely on it. Much better to join a tech support discord server (Zach's Tech Turf being one of them) or a trusted tech support forum (not reddit.)

It's quite shocking just how blatantly obvious the anti AMD stance is on this site. Take an AMD product and the equivalent NVIDIA product, and you'll see that in the AMD review, AMD is criticised, and in the NVIDIA review... AMD is still criticised.

At this point, they're not even trying to hide it. Don't just take my word for it, look at the reviews yourself. There is quite clearly a bias in reviews. This is why the site has a reputation for being useless.

It's either run by a fanboy, or in a few years time we'll find out that they're in cahoots with (or being paid off by) a bad actor who is trying to control the narrative.

Biased towards NVDIA. Don't get me wrong, I'm not an AMD fanboy but these guys are blatant. They call every AMD card shit while with price/performance NVDIA gets shit on

Barely two stars: Benchmarking software is now paywalled and suspiciously difficult to access when free.

Then, obviously, the AMD stuff. It's really, really weird that the very first thing you see about the new RTX 5060 is something about AMD, and nothing about the controversy surrounding NVIDIA and the card. It is, in fact, a copy-paste of other 'reviews', with no time at all spent in creating an initial review addressing the controversy OR holding back until more benchmarks are submitted within the site (which will now take time due to the paywall and nigh-inaccessible captcha to access the free version) or outside the site.

Again, when you're banned from even Intel's subreddit (despite the clear bias towards them) it says it all about this site. A real shame as the metrics provided by benchmarkers can be really helpful, which grants them a second star (and it's not even on them, but others). Only use this site for the raw figures, and ignore the insecurity of the owner with their spliced in "this is why they hate our glorious selves!" hyperlinks below every product listing. However, be warned that, as Userbenchmark's owner becomes more insecure, it may begin manipulating these metrics.

I would suggest using something such as PassMark, 3DMark or Furmark for personal benchmarking tests and score comparison until the situation improves.

All the negative reviews about this website are absolutely biased. Their audacity to disgrace such a utilitarian website is outrageous. UserBenchmark provided accurate results additionally. Their niche website design brings a comfortable environment for users to comprehend and their neat features makes it easier to search. HOWEVER! They did not provide whether I should choose this particular item or the other. Therefore, MY FINAL DECISION IS 5 STARS!

This website is good for only 1 thing: Seeing absolute worst case scenario of the most incompetent user with a product they were told not to like (possibly by their dad on their deathbed considering the level of anal cranial compressive trauma).

Highly focused and favours Intel and NVIDIA till a point it's laughable. We're all getting apparently paid off for ripping on them on Reddit and Trustpilot but the truth couldn't be further from the reality. Want some real performance metrics, skip this site and go to the 3D mark website and pick the 3DMark Time Spy. It will show an entire different truth.
