The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was as prompt as it could be considering it was two bottles of Canadian whiskey delivered from Berlin. And delivered in cardboard packaging, with no ‘puffed up’ plastic. Great job, thank you!

Fake itinerary
They advertise niche drinks they don’t have/ aren’t even available on the market, then let you wait a month before they tell you and offer a cheap and common alternative. Bad experience to be honest. Waiting on a refund.

This is not correct, we proposed you the new edition of this product as the old edition is no longer produced and available at all on the market.
We are very sorry that you waited to long for the order, but the product we proposed was the Appleton Estate 8 YO Reserve Blend Rum 0,7L (43% Vol.) to replace the Appleton Estate Reserve Blend Rum 0,7L (40% Vol.) you have ordered.
We have nothing to hide here, as we informed you about the situation and you prefered to cancel the order. We also immediately proceeded with the refund for you.

Ordered a bottle of spirit on the 08th…
Ordered a bottle of spirit on the 08th Dec as the website mentioned item in stock and available in 5-7 days. After 3 weeks no communication / no spirit / no apology. Order cancelled and was told i had to wait a week to receive the refund !!!

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience with us.
Unfortunately, goods from the US as sometimes not under our control. In that case, customs are blocking the process and we would only receive the whole supply at the beginning of January unfortunately. There is nothing we can do here expect ask for apologise for this delay.
Concerning the refund, it depends on how you paid. If you pay with PayPal, the refund is immedate. But if you pay with credit card, we need to book a bank transfer on your Brithish card from our German bank account. We ask kindly for comprehension that this might take a few days and warn about this in our email to you ealier today. This process is also not under our control but is due to the international bank transfer rules.

Fantastic service, I honestly didn’t expect this to arrive before Christmas as I did order quite late, but surprisingly it did arrive on Xmas Eve morning, marvellous communication from the company too. Will definitely be ordering again

Shameful
Like Craig below, I found the service to UK was absolutely rubbish / non-existent! I ordered several bottles of spirits & liqueurs that were all "available, in stock" according to their website. After a week I contacted their customer service to be told that there had been a delay from their suppliers (WHY if they were already in stock)? After a second week I contacted them again to be told that there was a problem with 'Customs declarations forms' - Really? I then contacted them for a third time to cancel the order and seek a refund to be told it would take up to another week for that to happen. So, almost one month with my hard-earned cash in their bank account and nothing at all to show for it I am now too late to gift my order as Christmas presents. Shameful!

Hard to find brand, but not with Urban
Loved that this hard to find in the UK Lalo tequila is available thru Urban Drinks. My girlfriend is Texan and lives there and this is her favourite so after an extensive on line search I was delighted to find this.
Ordering process was as easy as I’d want - only improvement I’d suggest is updates on when delivery is expected/due, but I’m sticking with five stars because Urban are the only suppliers who could provide what I wanted!

Horrendous delivery company
The website is great and has a wide variety of products that otherwise wouldn’t be easy to find on other similar suppliers. The 1 star in fact isn’t regarding their service but the only delivery service that they provide for the customers (FedEx) which is the absolute worst in matter of deliveries. My parcel is been expected for two days and still hasn’t arrived. The delivery info only states that will be delivered by 6pm for then change into the day after when hasn’t been delivered by that time and all of this paying the higher fee for FedEx priority delivery. Change the delivery company
