Product exactly as advertised, shipping quick and efficient

Absolute shambles. I mistakenly ordered from this company, assuming it was UK-based, not realising they'd be shipping from Germany. I'd paid double for priority shipping and later emailed them to say I'd have to cancel if it wasn't going to arrive within a week. I was told it would be dispatched tomorrow and would arrive within 4-5 business days and arrive just after Easter, so I went ahead with the purchase. Just over a week later I received an automated email to say the item had just been packaged. It had taken them a week to put it in a box. It was still in Berlin.

In the subsequent email exchange, I received excuses about it being Easter (as if this wasn't known beforehand), smiling emojis and zero apology. How on earth they've got over 4 stars is beyond me. Never, ever again will I be buying anything from these cowboys and I recommend everyone else to give them a wide berth too.

First time ordering from this company & was a little worried after reading the negative reviews but I can’t fault them. My package arrived quickly & I was kept updated every step of the way. It was also the only place I could find that stocked it, very impressed would recommend & order again!

The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was as prompt as it could be considering it was two bottles of Canadian whiskey delivered from Berlin. And delivered in cardboard packaging, with no ‘puffed up’ plastic. Great job, thank you!

They advertise niche drinks they don’t have/ aren’t even available on the market, then let you wait a month before they tell you and offer a cheap and common alternative. Bad experience to be honest. Waiting on a refund.

Quick response and delivery excellent service

Ordered a bottle of spirit on the 08th Dec as the website mentioned item in stock and available in 5-7 days. After 3 weeks no communication / no spirit / no apology. Order cancelled and was told i had to wait a week to receive the refund !!!

Fantastic service, I honestly didn’t expect this to arrive before Christmas as I did order quite late, but surprisingly it did arrive on Xmas Eve morning, marvellous communication from the company too. Will definitely be ordering again
