Fraud and lies, presented sweetly
My experience was like the hundreds of others written here. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order in early 2022.
Long story short, every date they gave me for shipping was met with well-written, reasonable-sounding explanations. After months of excuses, I asked for a refund. And once again, months of excuses... it was always just around the corner, but every date they gave passed by and was met by more excuses.
Luckily, I paid with Paypal and issued a dispute, 6 months in. Then Undandy did something tricky. They said that they were definitely going to give me a refund, and they gave the date I'd have my refund to be exactly one day _after_ my dispute would expire. This was an intentional slight of hand on their part. Had I not said, "nope, they still haven't paid me to paypal" then I would have lost my opportunity to finalize this dispute.
Luckily I caught this, waited until the day before, still wasn't refunded by undandy, so I compiled the experience for Paypal to review and decide. Paypal sided with me and refunded me the full amount. Unfortunately, I'll never have my time back. I'll also never deal with Undandy again. My hope is that I save an unsuspecting customer some time.
Undandy will no doubt respond with some reasonable-sounding excuses below. It will be bullsh*t.

Scam!!!
Scam!!!! beware of this company. They will take your money, but never deliver. Ordered in Dec. 2021, still no product. A year later, just full of excuses. Finally asked for a refund, and same thing. Excuses despite them saying 15 days. Well is been another 4 months and still no refund.

Avoid. I got a couple of pairs of shoes from them a few years ago that I was happy with, and ordered two more pairs of shoes in October 2021. There were repeated excuses about delays in production, and eventually I asked for a refund. This was promised, but there are more excuses and I am resigned to the fact that I won't get my money back. I haven't heard anything from them in months. They are an overseas company so I doubt there are any options for me to take.

Artikel am 09. Juni 2022 bestellt und bezahlt. Erster E-Mail Kontakt am 10. August 2022 mit der Frage nach dem Verbleib der Lieferung. Versprechen, dass der Artikel innerhalb von 3 Wochen ausgeliefert werden würde. Am 08. November 2022 immer noch keine Lieferung. Bitte um Stornierung. Die Stornierung wurde am 09. November 2022 bestätigt. Rückzahlung sollte innerhalb von 14 Tagen erfolgen. Am 29. Dezember 2022 immer noch keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Bestätigung, dass die Rückzahlung bald kommen soll. Am 24. Januar 2023 immer noch keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Wieder die Bestätigung erhalten, dass die Rückzahlung bald kommen soll. Bis heute kein Geld erhalten. Anzeige bei der Polizei folgt.
Update 12.04.2023: Bis auf warme Worte vom Kundenservice nichts passiert. Zum Glück hat mein Kreditkarteninstitut nun den fraglichen Betrag erstattet.

Having been a previous customer with no prior issues I placed an order in Feb 2….. And nothing received. I have contacted them over 60 times since and I all get are lengthy pathetically excuses of replies that are so ridiculous and frankly bulls@@t.
Finally admitted it was never going to result in me seeing my order so I politely requested a refund over 3 months ago. Further numerous mails to see where my refund was, was once again responded with more excuses… You can guess the rest.

Absolute scam
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Please contact your credit card provider within 180 days of making your purchase to dispute the charge. You will not receive your order and failure to request a refund within this period will mean you will not be eligible to dispute the charge or be covered by your credit card provider. Undandy is using a stalling technique with nonsense excuses or global delays and the current climate. You will never receive your order. I used to always order my shoes with them and used to be satisfied back in 2021. I ordered more shoes in July 2022 nothing has ever arrived. I’ve been told to wait 15 business days for my refund to be received. Mariana at customer support is paid to lie to customers. No one will get their money back and no one will receive their shoes. Avoid this scam company at all costs. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They need to be shut down.

Absolutely unreliable customer service and big time scammers
I do not have the option of giving ZERO star to Undandy. These guys are holding my oder for three pairs of shoes since June 2021. Each time I mail them for update on the order, they just send me a templated mail with a silly and stupid excuse of turbulent times globally, supply chain issues etc etc etc etc ever since. I felt it legitimate excuse initially, owing to the COVID issues. But these guys seem to have no intention to deliver may order. Would never recommend this company. Never order anything for these guys. They are constantly updating their instagram account showcasing new model of shoes. Never order. Never.

What a horrible experience
What a horrible experience. I purchased a pair of shoes in May 2022. They delayed and delayed my order with dozens of excuses. After months of waiting I asked for a refund. They said it would take months for me to receive my money because of some kind of "backlog." That is a total lie, but I gave them another chance. I just wanted a nice pair of shoes. I even gave them another $55 because the other shoes were no longer available and the prices went up. Super weird. They took another 5 months and still no delivery of the shoes. I demanded a refund again and they said it would take months. I finally had my credit card company reimburse me because these thieves just would not give me my shoes or my money back. All the while they kept emailing me the same sentences and paragraphs over and over again like robots. They refused to even call me. Very strange and absolutely shady. This is not a real company like you are used to. It is a racket, so do not do ANY business with them.

Still haven't received my refund. - Don't believe any excuses or promises they make.
Dishonest and borderline fraud.
I've previously bought shoes from Undandy, that I have been very satisfied with.
However, in March 2022 I placed a new order, that wasn't delivered. I requested an updated delivery date, but kept receiving standard e-mail replies, sometimes the exact same text, that they needed another 3 or 6 weeks due to lack of materials.
In June 2022 I then cancelled my order and was promised a refund of my money. Ever since I haven't received my money back, and when I write them each month, I get the same message, that their finance department is very busy, but I will soon receive a refund.
I'm pretty sure I've lost my money to a company that nobody should trust!

This company is a scam. Customers should form a class-action against it. Their business model consists of taking your money up front, repeated sending emails about "delays" in delivering your order and then more "delays" about delivering a refund after you cancel. You will never see your order and you will never see your refund. Their business model is fraud.

Scammers and Co artist still taking orders and running promotions after 2 years of apparently delivering nothing.
Read any on if the reviews on here and that my story too. There's simply nothing else to say. I'm only entering this review so that I could give them a one star and hopefully drag their rating down to a point that people will not be scammed by them as they are still running promotions and taking orders after 2 years of what would appear to be shipping absolutely nothing.
I've been waiting since June and August of 2021 for 4 pair of shoes for which I paid $571.20!
Post script to your response-I received 1 pair of shoes that were not even what I ordered and returned another. I felt pressured to take the one pair because I would at least get something for my money.
Do you have any idea how utterly rediculoius you sound responding to hundreds of reviews all basically saying the same thing with the same nonsense? If you think it is mitigating anyone's view of your company you are out if your minds.

This people are Complete Scammer.
They Took My order 6 month before, then every 3 weeks they given An Excuse and Extend 3 weeks more time.
Doing this 5 times and wasting my 5nad half month.
Then after 4 month later, they left no options to cancel the order.
And they told me I supposed receive my refund Max 15 days now almost one and half month gone, No refund has been done.
I don’t know how they still run this scamming.

For those that continued to get lied to…
For those that continued to get lied to about shipping timeframes, just go to Glassdoor to read the negative reviews from their own employees. These customer service folks are fully aware and knowingly lie to you.
Update: I was told by Trustpilot that I cannot share statements from Glassdoor employees. So I suggest going there and to other platforms to read up about all the negative things the employees are saying.

Worst customer service ever. Excuses are same as everyone else. They are scammers.
Ordered in April 22...given same excuse of another 3 weeks over and over again. Cancelled order in Oct 22, Jan 23 still waiting for refund....undandy won't give timeline for refund due to volume of work in finance team...which is utter rubbish..unless they have millions of paper invoices.
Stay away...plenty of comments on social media about the same excuses and even greendoor staff comments saying staff lie

Please take the time to read the countless reviews of this company before attempting to purchase shoes from them. It appears their MO is to take your order then string you along just long enough that can’t dispute the charge. Luckily because of reviews on this site I was able dispute the charge for a full refund with three weeks to spare. PayPal has a 6 month limit on disputes so keep that in mind when Undandy customer care sends you repeated “ we’re sorry… please wait three more weeks” emails. That said, It’s really unfortunate because I was looking forward to my new shoes.
