Very beautifully crafted. Tested it on a longer trip. Resistant, easy to care around, tolerates a lot of weight. I am really glad to have it.

Five years back I ordered some custom Oxford suede shoes from Undandy and was very satisfied with the results. They even had a size small enough for me which is impressive. I've ordered a couple more pairs since then and they've been great. Then August of 2021 I ordered another pair (just a different color) and suddenly Undandy is unable to fulfill the order after stringing me along for 6 months! I chalked it up to Covid and its supply chain complications. Now, February of 2023 I order another pair and Undandy strings me along for three months. In the end I asked for a refund which should occur soon.

I am curious as to what happened to Undandy - at least regarding their custom shoe operation. What was once such a good product is pretty much no more. I know they were making the shoes in Portugal, but I don't know if they have their own shop or if they contract through another maker (eg: iTailor Shoes). Shame, but whatever's going on behind the scenes, I think they should drop the custom shoe making or at least limit it to a certain number of orders to be taken per month on a first come/first serve basis. At least with a limited number they can be sure those orders can be fulfilled. Oh well.

There were some short delays in the production process, but, they responded quickly to any questions I had, and kept me informed during it.

The shoes themselves are wonderful, and you can see the care and attention that has gone into crafting them. They are also much more comfortable than I had thought they would be, there is no sacrificing on comfort for the sake of style.

I now have too make up my mind on my next purchase.

I see that a lot of people have the same problem as I have, no shoes and no refund.
Undandy in the meantime continues doing business, I wonder if we should not jointly take a a lawyer, and he will make a case for all of us, and everyone pays a small amount to the lawyer in Portugal.
If people are interested let me know and will see if we can take joint legal action and start litigation procedures against Undandy.

I am a huge fan of Undandy. Their shoe’s really fit me. Fitting is the most important thing, but their service is also second to none and I still don’t understand how they can sell their shoes to that price.

Craftsmanship appears excellent. Production time exceeded original estimate. Shoes feel slightly tight in the sides and toes. Maybe the leather just needs to be worked in.

I have been a long customer of Undandy (since 2016) and have had two sets of customized shoes from them. I also enjoyed supporting Portugal vendors since my wife and I love visiting. However, I made a recent order of non-customized shoes. The delivery took too long. I ordered them on April 3rd and they arrived in late May. I overlooked this and simply accepted this without complaint. However, the color I ordered was mahogany but they looked more like chocolate than mahogany (especially when compared to my previous custom-made Undandy mahogany '15s). When I asked to initiate a return of these stock shoes (which I even offered to cover shipping) it took multiple emails and weeks to get a response. Finally, Beatriz at Undandy wrote back and said:
"Dear Kenneth, Thank you for your email. We have checked the shoes you ordered, our '15 Mahogany Oxford Shoes, and they are indeed brown and not burgundy in colour. While it is possible for your shoes to not match your previous custom-made shoes due to leather variation, the shoes you have received do match our website picture given. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a return as your shoes match the picture provided on our website."

I responded and said, "Regardless Beatriz, I’d like to return the shoes. They are not what I believe I ordered or intended to order. Just as if I was in person in a shop in Lisbon and returned these unused and in the original shoe box within 30 days, I'd expect a refund. I expect the same from an online order. I'm fine paying shipping and just getting the refund for the cost of the shoes. I'm simply asking you to take back an in-stock product".

I have yet to receive a response (it's been weeks) and it now looks like I'm stuck with what is my last pair of Undandy's which I will ever order.

I recommend staying away from Undandy since they cannot guarantee good customer service practices, even when it comes to non-customized products. This is unheard of in the United States.

I sincerely apologize for the last message. The next day I received my creation that you all custom made. Thanks for everything.

Same story as the rest of the recent reviews. Undandy made fantastic shoes prior to 2020. Ordered a few pairs and loved them.

Orders made in 2021 never were fulfilled and refund has been "coming soon" for the past 6 months. It would appear that Undandy.com has become a scam site. The company that we once loved is long gone. Do not waste your money!

I'd be curious to know what has happened with the rest of the 1 star reviews that undandy customer service has responded to on this site. More empty promises or actual refunds?

Ordered shoes in June 2021. Still not received two years later. Constantly told "another 4 weeks", but nothing. I actually own several pairs of their shoes from before COVID, and the quality is good. But I do not understand how they are still advertising and operating their website when so many people have been waiting so long.

I bought a pair of custom shoes for a Christmas present in Nov 2021. Nov 2022 rolls by and still haven’t received it. I asked for a refund and it is June 2023 and they will not give my money back. I lost $270.

They are a fraud.
Sent a belt that is unsuable (no holes in it), won't refund, or replace.

Na eerdere bestellingen die redelijk vlot verlopen zijn, wacht ik nu reeds 1 jaar op mijn laatste bestelling. Steeds weer worden er beloftes gedaan dat ze binnen 3 a 4 weken kunnen leveren. Schoenen zijn reeds betaald via PayPal, echter tot nu toe nooit geleverd. Vrees dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben. Ondanks zeer tevreden over mijn vorige schoenen zal dit mijn laatste bestelling geweest zijn. Momenteel zeer onbetrouwbare firma.

Much like the other reviews on here I ordered in September 2021 - after many months of following up - forgetting about my order and then following up again it reached a point where the order was nearly 18 months over due (numerous emails had promised they were only 3 or 4 weeks overdue) and I reluctantly cancelled my order.

Now I am in a situation where its been 4 months since I was promised my refund and they have a backlog working through that as well!

The stupid thing is I have got shoes from their outlet section and they were good but they seem unable to meet custom orders - avoid like the plague!

Update December 2023 - still no movement here - I even emailed them to say I could get a pair of shoes from their outlet section to the value of my pending refund (not really my first choice but trying to make the best of a bad situation) never received a reply from them - SCAM SCAM SCAM

Total incompetence. Purchase if you hate money.
I ordered my shoes 11 months ago, still no shoes. I then asked for a refund 2 months ago, and no refund. To top it off, they still send me ads to my e-mail. Undandy is a circus show.

Is there a way to report this company and its directors to the authorities?
Like most of the other reviews here, I too placed my Order 3000106436 in September 2022, and paid for it in full. Despite being promised on no less than 5 occasions (only upon me asking on every occasion!) that my shoes would be delivered in 3 weeks, there is no sign of them.
I finally demanded that either the shoes be delivered by 24th May 2023 or that I receive a full refund. Again, not a squeak from them. I wonder how the likes of Joao, Mariana and Beatriz from their purported Customer Care Service (if they are even their real names) can continue to work with such a company and time and again mislead the customer on the delivery of their order.
I would seriously like to lodge a report with the relevant authorities against their directors in the hope that other innocent purchasers don’t get cheated by them accepting their money and not delivering their shoes. I would be grateful for information and particulars on the relevant authorities that I could lodge my complaint with.

This company is not serious as all, I ordered shoes on September16.2011. As after 12 months they still were not delivered, despite that every month in a row I was promised they will be ready in 3 weeks, I cancelled the order as lost faith and asked for a refund. We are now on the 31.5.2023, and still no refund received . It leaves me no choice and refer the file to Deco Proteste as afraid I will never see my money again.
A real pity as with the first order all went well
