Add me to the list as well - they owe me a refund.

I bought a pair of shoes from them in 2020 and they were excellent and arrived on time.

I have been waiting for another pair since 2021 and asked for a refund.

Its been nearly 2 years of chasing. They now no longer reply. Previously - they messaged saying its being processed and in the payment run.

Add me to the list. Bought shoes there before. Now my order has been in the works for over 6 months and they've stopped answering my queries.

I have tried to contact Undandy by every avenue available for an update on my custom shoe order - they have been completely unresponsive on all forums: email, website chat, instagram messenger, face book messenger, and phone number provided on instagram is disconnected or incorrect. The order is still marked as ‘in production’ on the website when, by Undandy’s information provided, they should have been finished and sent 3 weeks ago ( I ordered them on May 24).

When I ordered my first pair from them in 2019 they where very responsive leading up to and prior to the order, even checked me on my order, as it was quite unique. Then even contacted me on social media posts - the shoes were for a character in a theatre show, arrived on schedule in time for the production, and have been a great pair of unique shoes on and off stage. Always a conversation starter.
So when it came to ordering a pair of shoes for my wedding I didn’t think twice. Plus they were responsive when I asked about PayPal being unavailable prior to purchase so they were no clues... Now I wished I did, and double checked the forums, as it seems as though they are not the company they used to be. It seems I have wasted my money and need to look else where for wedding shoes.

Such a shame as the design was great, and I love my previous pair and was look forward to another great pair.

Should it be necessary to proceed to legal action, I have the means. Should anyone be interested in being included in group legal action, let me know.

Just like many others I now see on here. I ordered some custom shoes in November 2021. I had to chase on a monthly basis, the shoes never arrived. They have now stopped responding. If you are checking trustpilot before purchasing simply do not buy from this company. I'm currently unable to get either my shoes or refund. It is so irritating to be patient and allow for a custom item, only to be shafted in this way.

Ich kann mich den negativ Bewertungen leider nur anschließen. Vor über einem halben Jahr Bestellung aufgegeben und bezahlt, bisher aber auch nur Vertröstungen per E-Mail. Keine Lieferung. Vorsicht.

Ordered men's shoes for Christmas last November (2022), was told they were out of leather (?!) and to wait a few months. It's now 10 months later and no shoes, no refund, no responses.

add me to the list, unfortunately did not see this site till after placing order. Placed order June 2022, monthly e mail exchanges throughout the year the same as everyone else in this thread. Now over 1 year later no delivery and they have stopped responding to any e mail and messages.
As they are still advertising sporadically, I would love to know whether they actually have sent any orders to anyone at all?

Order was placed in April 2023 and till now( august 3 ,2023) there is no news on the delivery date
There is no telephone or chat possibility
This is the worst purchase for me till date
I have asked for refund but yet to hear from them

Im April 2022 habe ich Schuhe bestellt, die bis heute nicht geliefert wurden. Auf wiederholte Nachfrage wird beteuert, dass man mir mein Geld bald zurückzahlen wird - dies schreibt man mir seit Anfang des Jahres. Bis heute habe ich weder mein Geld noch die Ware erhalten. Icih werde endlos hingehalten und erhalte Mails wie sie hier auch im Verlauf zu sehen sind. Absolute Vorsicht vor dieser Firma!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to give zero stars. Ordered shoes from Undandy a few years back and they were great. This time, placed the order round Oct 2022, no delivery, no updates, problems with soles apparently like others have reported, cancelled my order, yes you can have a refund - will be there in X business days. Much later on, still not received. I'm def on for joining with others to try to get our money back. I've found a link to the form for a small claim in the Portuguese courts.

Nobody should order from this company.

I have ordered shoes 2 years ago and still today without shoes. On every email I have received the following response. Due to the pandemic your shoes will be delayed 2 weeks. We are on week 102 and THEY ARE NOT A REAL SHOE COMPANY

I was such a fan of Undandy that I ordered six pairs over two or three years. The delivery time got longer and longer. I ordered my last pair more than 18 months ago… no delivery. Eventually I asked for a refund. No refund. My order status remains ‘refund pending’ and I was told I would receive my refund in 15 business days… we are now a LONG WAY past this timing and - guess what - my messages to customer service remain unanswered. Someone below suggested we take group legal action. I’m in!

I am so sad to see that I am clearly just one of many victims of a company perpetrating fraud. After previously buying three pairs of shoes from Undandy, I ordered a new pair nine weeks ago.

They had no problem promptly taking my money, but didn’t even bother to waste time sending an order confirmation (although the order does show on my online account). After 8 weeks (having been told to expect 6) I started writing to get a status update. So far, all attempts at communication have been ignored.

It seems obvious that any request for a refund will also be ignored.

I've been waiting over 2 years now and sent an email 2 weeks ago with no response. Sent another 1 week ago, still nothing. To completely ignore emails from customers who have been waiting 2 years for a single pair of shoes is beyond shameful.

After not loosing hope on them for almost 2 years now, the moment I reached out to request a refund for the undelivered order, my emails have been consistently ignored. This neglect and lack of communication have only exacerbated my frustration, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

I ordered shoes in november of 2021 and after months and months of never receiving them with bs excuses about the "soles" I had to cancel the order. it is now July of 2023 and I don't have a refund. Don't expect anything for your money as you aren't likely to get it. i would also be interested in a joint lawsuit if anyone is interested. They should just be shut down.

Ordered 09/02/2021, loads of ingenuous email responses when asked for delivery dates, this company takes large sums of money and the only thing they supply are emails
