De snyder og bedrager. Køb ikke noget her.

Den 04.08.2021 købte jeg 2 par sko fra Undandy.com. til DKK 2.261,75. Men jeg har aldrig fået mine sko, eller mine penge tilbage.
Hver gang jeg har skrevet til dem, så beklager de mange gange og undskylder sig med Corona og generelle leveringsproblemer i verden. Og lover at der kun lige vil gå et pare uger mere. Og så kommer mine sko. Men de kom aldrig, og til sidst hævede jeg handler, og bad om at få mine penge retur. Hvilke de også lovede, og nu beklager de så mange gange over at pengene ikke er kommet retur endnu, men lover igen og igen, at det gør de snart. Men de kommer bare aldrig.

Hvis I ser på trustpilot.com, så kan I se at det ikke kun er mig de har snydt. De snyder rigtigt rigtigt mange. På Facebook er der også 2 grupper for folk som er blevet snydt af dem. Søg på Scammed by Undandy og Undandy Undelivered Shoes

I Ordered shoes in March 2022 never got them and constantly being told i would get a refund. Despite contacting them every month I have got nothing. A bunch of crooks I would stay well clear of them. I also contacted the Portugeuse consumer authority who had no intrest in looking into them. Also emailed them today and email bounced back. Invalid address.

I was a big fan of their products and sent many friends their way. Sad to say that something did happen to that company. It is not to be trusted anymore.
Price had almost doubled since my last order, but I was willing to pay since I was always satisfied before. Long story short, I never received my order, exchanged numerous emails and finally reported them to my credit card company after 9 months.

I ordered shoes in May 2023. It is now 13 October and still no shoes. I received one response to my enquiries after a month saying that they needed a few weeks because of the leather they needed to source. They have now not responded to the last 3 emails I have sent. Crooks.

I bought a pair of shoes from them back in 2019 and loved the shoe and the experience.

In March 2023 I decided to take advantage of one of their promotions and ordered another pair. I never thought to check reviews considering my first experience.

Now I've joined the many here that feel duped and taken advantage of. First it was it'll take 3-4 weeks more, and eventually no answer. Now it seems like the company is going under, emails to customercare "at"undandy.com bounce, I tried sending from two different emails in case I was blocked.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on the 6th of October 2023. The shoes never arrived. Inquiry after inquire has been answered by stating that they need 3-4 more weeks. When I asked for a refundin March 2023, they said they will refund - but never did. This business probably went under, it is now just a scam and fraud.

I ordered shoes October of 2022 and I am still waiting a year later. Customer care has continued to email me but it's the same BS, delays and other 3-4 weeks BS BS. I'll be reporting this through my credit card which may or may not work. EDIT: Because I did get emails back and forth and they kept pushing the delivery date, I may be able to get a refund. I recommend you do the same!

I have 4 pair of shoes and love them. It's extremely frustrating. At this point I would say DO NOT buy from them.

Add me to the list. Ordered shoes in the past and loved them. Placed order August 1st 2022 and received bs about delays due to Covid, which funnily enough were the exact excuses used previously in 2021 but at least I eventually received those shoes. I’ve requested updates and refunds to be informed there was a back log since May in receiving refunds to present where their email isn’t even deliverable. AVOID this business which is so hard to write as they truly are no longer a business but a circus as they STEAL your money and do NOT make the shoes you ordered. Utterly disgraceful and disgusting human beings that try and run and lie all the time.

I ordered shoes last year in August 2022... until now (September 2023) still no shoes although the money has been taken a long time ago.
Customer service has stopped replying to me.

I have already a few of their shoes and I love them!

Stil no shoes and no refund after 2 years

Zahlungsmodul der Website funktioniert nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nie eine Antwort erhalten, geschweige denn Support. Ausserdem sind die Versandgebühren in Witz. Meiner Meinung nach eine Abriss-Seite.

In the past I had ordered and received 3 pairs of shoes which are beautiful shoes and really well crafted. I then ordered 2 more pair over 2 years ago and after a number of emails blaming a back log due to Covid they ghosted me. Can't get a reply. The company is not a scam but I'd say they have gone broke.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SHOES AND NOR YOUR MONEY BACK.

In the past they were great, but the shoes I ordered for my husbands birthday august 2022 (they would be done in 6 weeks) never came. I've emailed them multiple times to check on the progress and everytime they said the shoes would be done in 3 weeks. But still nothing came. In the spring of this year I emailed to cancel the order and get a refund, they email the refund was in progress and that I'd get a confirmation once the refund was transfered. To this day still no refund plus I get no replies anymore to emails about this.

Sad to see what was a really good company turn into a complete rip off. Over 2 years (10/06/2021) waiting for my shoes and fobbed off with emails. Avoid.

Order placed in March 2023, no shoes received yet. Customer service responded in early June to say "we are currently experiencing a shortage of our Italian imported leather" and promising delivery within three weeks. Nothing happened since, all emails to customer service ignored. Assuming from other reviews I will never see my order.

Add me to the list! This is a total scam and their website should be taken down.

I bought shoes previously for my husband with no issue. Ordered again in Feb 2022 and after a year of waiting (with various replies to chasers) I requested a refund. Still waiting for the refund.

For those who have ordered recently, my bank advised that you have to organise a claim for a refund from your credit card company within 90 days of placing an order!

Ekstreme gode sko. Bare virkelig synd, at de ikke sender ens sko mere. Jeg 4-6 pr sko i ordrer hos dem. Og efter utallige mails frem og tilbage med samme svar, 3 uger endnu, fik jeg nok. Afbestilte mine sko og vil have pengene igen, ca 8.000kr. De har accepteret min afbestilling og så er der ellers lukket i. Har intet hørt fra dem og har besluttet mig, at sende en mail hver dag. Har stadig intet hørt fra dem. Ærgeligt, var ellers meget tilfreds med kvalitet og deres konfigurator.

Stop med at handle hos dem, medmindre de levere inden for rimelige tid og det er ikke flere år!

Awful company (well I think giving too much credit even calling them a company), took my money, no shoes and then stopped replying to emails. A running theme as the same for everyone else and the what's even more disgusting is they are taking further orders. Company needs legal action and to be taken down.

Solicité dos pares de zapatos desde Enero, es Agosto y es fecha que no los embarcan. Customer Support ya no me responde, estoy desesperado ya que el pedido está en el limbo y no responden mis correos.

Been waiting for my shoes since 2021. if they answer emails they say the shoes will be delivered in 4 weeks. Don't know if they have defaulted or some kind of hoax but not a company to take seriuosly and you get a better return to put the money at the lottery
