Ultralight Outdoor Gear Recenzje

Very fast delivery, I had to return the item, because i had ordered the wrong thing, but they refunded it immediately, I would highly recommend A⭐️

Great store, great kit, great service.

Trustworthy, with good products. You get what you pay for :-)

Commande non reçue après 5 semaines. Je n'arrive pas à me faire rembourser

Uncomplicated communication: It was easy to contact the shop directly for questions regarding my order and to get a reply immediately. The purchased item got shipped the same day and arrived only a few days later at my place. I can highly recommend this shop

The item arrived when it was promised and was well packaged. A query with the supplier on another matter was dealt with quickly and they called me back with the answer.
Great company to deal with.

Seamless international transaction, trustworthy and professional, highly recommended.

I had never heard of this company before but they had what I was looking for and I thought I’d give them a go! They are excellent. My item was quickly dispatched (it took a while to reach me but that was 100% the fault of Royal Mail). Their communication is just as you’d wish, their products are great and their speed of dispatch is very fast. Would I recommend this company? I absolutely would. Will I purchase from them again? Without doubt. Really pleased with this firm.

Uncomplicated efficient order and payment process automatically giving 0% VAT rate for exports (and applying same ex-vat price for all customers), with free shipping.

Ordered a pair of lightweight boots but they were unsuitable for me so I posted them back on Saturday 25/11/23 and UOG refunded my money today 28/11/23
Outstanding service with no quibble refunds.
Thank you.

Friendly and knowledgeable welcome from staff who were eager to advise and offer lots of choices based on our needs. Nothing was too much trouble including making friends with our black Labrador!!!

i've been buying from UOG for years and have always had top class rapid service

Great customer service.

Had reason to return a pair of Gortex trousers, no hassle at all & fully refunded.

Excellent service as usual and a great range of reliable products

The boots are superb, however, delivery, which was supposed to be "next day" took from Sunday until Wednesday - and that when the order address was in a major UK city - Oxford

Good price. Smooth transaction. Friendly, helpful and informative after sales.

Very efficient.
Many thanks

Brilliant shop - excellent experience, perfect descriptions, fast delivery. Can recommend more!
