After sending the wrong item to me. customer service have stopped replying to emails and calls. Very unprofessional.

Wow!....what an amazing company....superfast delivery...value for money product....over the moon with these G125 E27 LED Dimmable 6w bulbs with a perfect looking filament....this is how companies get a good name....5*....would give 10 if I could.

Ordered drivers, cables, led strips, diffusers, profiles etc for a complete floating shelf lighting setup. Prompt postage and they got the order spot on.

We ordered two sets of outdoor lights, during which we experienced excellent customer service by phone and email support, and when it became obvious that the lights were not a viable solution for our particular garden set-up, the returns process was beyond simple.
I cannot recommend this company strongly enough, and know they will be my first choice if our situation changes.

I mis ordered a bunch of LED strip channel, they sorted the order quickly and got the large LED channel (3meters long) returned very cheaply

When i contacted them about an order which had not been delivered they immediately replied and despatched a duplicate order with express delivery

The bulbs are exactly what i wanted for an upcycled lamp and at a competitive price

I phoned and got good advice from Dean who then sent me a quote within a couple of hours. I ordered the items and received them via DPD within a couple of days. I would recommend this company.

Finally a company who don't want to make the living on overcharging delivery. £2.99 for a 2-3days delivery is great!

Ordered l.e.d strip / profile / diffuser last Monday & paid for next day delivery, its now sat and still not arrived, promised every day since Tuesday it will be with me, had to pay the electrician for his time everytime he turned up so now over £100 out of pocket.
They blame fedex every time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MONKEY COMPANY.
Now looks as though unfinished beauty salon cannot open on Monday due to the incompetence of ultra leds.

I ordered 2 items from this company but after 3 attempts and 3 separate deliveries they had still not got my order right. The incorrect goods were returned for a refund. Since leaving my review the refund has now been received along with an explanation and apology from the senior management for the problems I encountered. The matter is now resolved to my satisfation.

Used them solely for any bespoke LED tape lighting projects I have. Their products are by and large some of the better quality I’ve used (and I’ve tried a few). I won’t say they’re the cheapest but that isn’t a bad thing, as the quality outweighs this tenfold. I have picked up from warehouse before trouble free, and also had goods shipped in excellent condition and timing. To date, I’ve never had a single product fail.

Sadly, this was a very poor experience for me. 2 of 10 LEDs failed within the first year, still under the warranty period. After sending 7 messages over the past several weeks, I have been offered zero support by way of replacement lamps or a refund. Not even the courtesy of a reply to my last few messages.
Anyone can set up an online store. There is no difficulty in this. What separates the good online retailers from the bad ones is how they deal with issues once they arise. Clearly this company chooses to be one of the bad ones in this regard. I advise anyone reading this feedback to find another online retailer that stands by their products and treats their customers fairly and with some respect.
Don't be fooled by any responses to this review. This is a well-known trick that online retailers use in an attempt to cover up their bad feedback and provide the illusion of good customer service. This company has had ample opportunity to respond to and rectify my claim. They have no intention of assisting me. Buyer beware.

This is my worst experience in a good while.
I order 4 LEDS in 18th of september and they keep lying to me they will arrived.

I bought some festoon lights to finish off an outdoor project and have to say I received an outstanding service, top class products at an excellent price and super fast delivery, 24hrs from placing the order to me receiving. 1st class

Had a driver failed near the end of the 3 year warranty. Excellent customer service replaced this free of charge with no quibble.

I found Ultra LEDs to be the most helpful when it came to deciding exactly what I needed to finish my lounge lighting. As a complete novice in LED lighting I was taking on a bit of a technical job that involved many drivers, junctions and switches etc. So I was a bit unsure exactly what I needed.

After viewing many websites and videos I stumbled across the Syndeo range on Ultra LEDs website, along with lots of clear, helpful info.

Everything I ordered arrived the next day and all was well bar a driver was missing. But it seemed to be a genuine mistake as it was missing from the packing list. Maybe due to printer error? Anyway, Declan very kindly sent me a replacement for the very next morning without any hassle.

It took me a few hours to finish my install but now I can control all the drivers and the dimming all from one switch! Perfect!

Being new to LED lighting the team at Ultra LEDs were very helpful and took time to understand my requirements and build a tailored package for my kitchen product. When the parts arrived there was a slight issue with the controllers which was quickly identified and replacements sent out for next day delivery. Following their instructions and useful videos n the website I managed to do all the wiring and configuration and the results are fantastic. Would certainly recommend to others.

The LED strips are pretty much the same as any other brand. The driver that I purchased was also fine. BUT...the New Gen Snap On Connectors are useless. If the LED tape is cut at the prescribed cut line and the New Gen Snap On connector used, the connector pulls right out of the LED tape. Even if tape is used to provide a little extra strength to the connection, the connector still pulls right out with minimal effort. In the end, I resorted to soldering and that is the only way I found to make reliable connections. Unfortunately, that came after I modified the entire LED channels and rubber protector (IP65 rated) which, unfortunately, invalidated the waterproof feature. BTW...The New Gen Snap On Connectors are not used if the IP65 rating is to be maintained and UltraLEDs advised me to use the CB-10MM-2CRNIP which also did not work. Lastly, none of the connectors fit inside the channel recommended for the LED tape so if you are thinking of using the connectors where water vapor may be present, none of the connectors will work either. At least by soldering, the joints can be housed inside the aluminium channel.

Would I use the products again? Yes...but not the connectors. They are pants!
