Excellent service and choice of customisation parts along with equally good customer service. Purchased some Carbon Fibre products for my Audi RS3 and the quality is unbelievable. 100% recommended as the prices are very fair also.

16 days till dispatch on most items which is annoying but it arrived sooner than this product was good says 5 mins to fit more like 5 days as you have to order tape to fit the spoiler. As you think there should be a fitting kit and insstructions non. Thanks

I bought some carbon mirror caps and a spoiler for my Golf R from Ultimate Customs, decided I also wanted to get my roof wrapped so I contacted them and got it booked in. They did an awesome wrap and fitted both parts for me. 100% would recommend and will definitely be coming back for more work doing on my car!

I made an order of nearly £800 for a few items for my car and thought 16 working days isn’t too bad for custom made items. I took a chance as they seemed well known on the forums. Personally I had a bad experience.. I must of spoken to 2-3 different people throughout and was given multiple excuses and ignored. I had 4 items from them and it took approx 2-3 months to receive 3 of them separately. I was given a further 10% discount as it was so late. The main item I wanted was a diffuser, hence why I chose to order the rest of the kit from them.. bad idea. In the end I was refunded the money back on the diffuser and offered some lock covers which I didn’t receive so the compensation wasn’t anything apart from 10% from 5% which they guarantee after 16 working days. Not a lot,
being refunded the diffuser as a waste of time. Honestly if you want reliability and honesty I wouldn’t bother ordering from here. What mainly bugged me was they kept saying an item would be in on a certain date and the date would always change. Felt completely messed around

Due to wrong item description on the site ordered the wrong item. After that, had to beg them to allow me to return the product. The item wasn’t available and they offered me to ship the item in the next 16 working days which I accepted. After one month sent a short reminder on which they replied with what to ship. Everything has been going on for 3 months now and after all i asked for a refund.

Took over 3 weeks to receive no item bad communication

Very good quality item as per described on the descriptions, delivery service were pretty good too as per my experience . The Grill for the S3 Face lift its very good and I didn’t had any problems to fit it and replacing stock grill, the finish it’s also very good in gloss black and every fitting were perfectly aligned with the stock grill fittings, the only difficult process were getting 1 screw off the bumper that on the Facelift are buried far inside the inner wheel arches on both sides and they are directly under the headlight, other then that once the bumper it’s completely remove from the vehicle, it’s pretty self explanatory to remove various trims on the inside of the bumper to actual remove the stock grill and fit the new honeycomb style grill, it comes with number plate holder too that is in the same glossy finish, and also with 2 blanking caps for the front parking sensors for those models were they aren’t installed. Very good upgrade changes the look totally .

Bought the spoiler for my mk7 gti back in February came very quickly in a very good condition can’t fault the delivery. Had it professionally fitted was fine for many months until the other day driving home on the motorway it just flew off my car and only noticed when I arrived home. Went to go look for it was a mystery as to where it went. Was slightly annoyed because it looked amazing.

When i finally received My parcel the spolier was bent and also the spolier was slightly damaged, i have made a complaint but have not received an email back

My order was delayed for a few weeks. After that the carbon fiber rear diffuser which was the reason of the delay (on back order) came deformed. When they tried to install it, the clips on one side were really short and the carbon fiber cracked.

Very good product, delivery wasn’t fast enough for me! Would recommend!

Very long wait for delivery. Promised before Christmas but did not deliver. Several phone calls and months before delivery finally received.
