Purchased a bumper protector last October, which was a good fit on the back bumper of my SUV. Recently the protector has become unstuck and I contacted Underground with a view to a warranty claim.
Paul and Dave dealt with my case and, while they didn’t accept it as a warranty issue, they have provided me with a new set of adhesive strips and surface cleaners, which will absolutely solve my problem.
Good work guys, and many thanks for dealing with this so quickly and sympathetically - no more worry about the hairy mutt scratching the bumper.

Nowhere on the website does it say they are unable to deliver grilles to Northern Ireland. Have offered me a refund within 2-5 working days which I appreciate but it's annoying when it allows you to place the order, and time wasted.

I contacted Dave to check whether the wi g mirror cover advertised would fit my vehicle. After discussing with Adam to be 100% certain he emailed me to confirm so I proceeded to order on Friday morning. The item arrrived Monday morning by 10am. It is the exact same as the original. Not a flimsy stick on but a copy of the original. The quality and finish is brilliant and fitting was pretty easy. I highly recommend these guys & will definitely use them in the future for any further requirements, they were very helpful, delivered quick & product was 100%.

I bought a pair of covers for my mini countryman wing mirrors. These are not flimsy stick on shells but copies of the originals. The quality and finish is brilliant and fitting them is dead easy. Just clip them on. It took me seconds to replace both sides. I highly recommend them. Even came 24 hours earlier than promised

Spoke to Adam as I was unsure of the part number for a peugeot 208 wing mirror cover, he informed me that 2019 version had a change, and were two for that year, gave me the correct reference, in the correct colour (gloss black), Very happy with the fit and finish.

Ordered a replacement wing mirror cover for my wife’s Ford fiesta I’m not that knowledgeable about cars so contacted support before ordering. Support was really helpful and reassuring and I ordered the recommended part from them. I recently purchased several parts for my mk6 Golf GT TDI.
I bought the TDI honeycomb style top Grill and matching bottom grill with matching fog light shrouds all and gloss black honeycomb Style.
First of all the prices where excellent, but I wasn't expecting such high quality parts that were extremely well made and looked great. The parts were delivered in the blink of an eye literally the next day and they were all packed perfectly so that they arrived in pristine condition.
I don't normally go in for posting reviews about purchases but felt motivated in this case to sing the company's praises. I've had multiple bad experiences buying parts online with things arriving different to how they are described or things turning up that look like they've just came off a 3D printer and not quality control checked. But with every transaction for every purchase I have made from underground parts I have literally been overjoyed at the high quality good-looking items when they have arrived. So felt the need to tell y'all what I trust were they supply are underground parts is and you shouldn't hesitate if you see something you like they have for sale five star flawless transaction each time from start to finish they are super fast at replying to any questions you send them and they genuinely seemed to care about customer satisfaction which is rare these days as y'all are probably aware.

I had fantastic service after struggling to find the correct wing mirror for my car. A couple of emails plus pictures of my old mirrors and everything was sorted. My wing mirror cover was knocked off the other day, tried looking online and came across this website, typed in what I needed and was so unsure whether it was the right part, so, I emailed underground parts and they were so quick to get back to me, reassured me that it was the right part for my car.
It arrived today and its absolutely brilliant, sure enough was the right part and came well packaged, no problem fitting it either.

Le seul point négatif est le suivi, le site propose de télécharger une appli de suivi qu'il ne faut surtout pas faire, en tapant le numéro de suivi, j'ai réussi à retrouver que la poste livre et j'ai pu payer les taxes en ligne

I’ve had two excellent experiences with Underground Parts. I’ve ordered a replacement wing mirror and replacement grill from the company, both came the next day and in immaculate condition. Fit my car perfectly as it was clearly labelled on the website. I’m hoping I won’t need anymore parts for this car but if I do, I will 100% be buying from here again!

Ordered a grille for my polo delivery was super fast and item was better than expected

Bought a high gloss radiator grille for my Mk6/7 Fiesta. Beautiful finish on new grille and fitted perfectly. I sprayed grease on tabs to make replacement a bit easier. Very happy and much better look to my car.
