Abysmal service, what has happened to this country? They decided to let TNT cover the delivery of BRPs, which is the worst decision to make. Poor show.

Not easy to find a standard appointment for biometric at all. Easiest is to book a £199 premium service appointment never mind that I already paid £1032 for a citizenship application. This should not be a profit -making exercise for a private company ! Previously, biometric data was taken at local Post Office branches & it was relatively simple process . Now this s been turned into a nightmare w applicants competing for free appointments & getting extremely stressed as these fill up very quickly then only the premium ones are available for a hefty charge.

Birmingham service is awful.
Staff is rude.
We have family appointment. My daughter is wheelchair user she need to use to toilet , lady not allow to use the toilet due of Covid restriction at September 2021. I have asked for their manager even manager didn't allow. we went down quickly to go any store. luckily gentelmens at reception at entrence they allow to use the toilet.

I have ben trying to contact vkvcas by email and through the website, the message keeps flagging up that there are current issues and to try later. This has been the case for over a week.

If I had zero stars I will give to them nothing! Bloody thieves stealing from paid emails and telling lies! Not working according to the time frame and hiding behind Covid! I’m disappointed in their services too poor it’s coming from a country like this !

If you want validate visas you got to apply from you country we’re you borne don’t trust any solicitor this basterd. just want you money 💰 any lawful solicitor wil tell you wat I just text you paid thousands to come to UK plus the so call immigration solicitor will take all the rest off you money all that for nothing go home be with you family friends I Me I go back 20 years is so racist I am white dark skin south Europe speak well English but I will never be accepted you got a chance to go home I don’t I am jalouse back to this visas blabla solicitors please don’t go to dem use the money to go home

The reason for a refusal I've just witnessed is beyond pathetic. Showed it to an experienced solicitor and he's in amazement. No words. The poor reviews on here I believe to be justified.

They are racist for either making you wait 6 months for a decision or pay a premium and get the same decision in just 5 days.

Horrible. UK visas and immigration LOST my daughter's passport, application and documents. She is supposed to be going to London to get her Masters degree from University College London--privilege that she's worked years to earn.
She followed their instructions to the letter.
Not a word. She called and they charged her for the phone call in spite of the fact that it was their negligence. Now they say stay out of the UK whilst we take two to twelve weeks to find the passport and application, and after that they may spend three weeks completing the paperwork if they find it; and then the agent told her she "should" have called two weeks prior--which would still be in their posted processing time.
This is what abusers do--they blame their victims.
It's a damp wooly wall of unfeeling, irresponsible money grubbing bureaucracy.
It must be SO difficult putting in several key strokes, then putting a wee sticker on the passport, and then closing the prepaid envelope with the paperwork inside. Really.
It's so easy to ruin somebody's life.

I got a lawyer for a marriage visitor visa that was advised as being the best route for my philipina fiancé to come to the UK to get married. We haven't met yet but we are wanting to be together that we are sure of and we want to build a life together.
Solicitors took the money then the contact and communication halted they didn't want to know I phoned and phoned and struggled to get anywhere.
Finally got it submitted after the lawyer said everything was okay.

Been there 2 times now. Happy with the processing and service time, although experiences can vary person to person. But overall very happy.

Total scam! Always charges the highest fees but provided the worst service!

I am going through depression and traumatised by the home office service, I have submitted same application several times and paid same amount , all the money been borrowed by friends and family abroad to the point I bagged some to help from many communities they all helped and don’t know why they do this and still waiting for many years I have my child turned up 5 years already and not be able to live like human and not allowed to work or even rent , I am homeless , jobless and have now heavy anxiety even my doctor wrote a letter many times explains my health condition and they didn’t take it into consideration at all , I hope someone contact me every day looking at the phone I complied to everything they asked also on top of that , they humiliated me with their attitude and disrespectful treatments for no reason , they let you feel worthless and put someone like me and even who I used to see in lunar house Croydon old women and men with their children etc how they treat them it’s so vile and painful , I got to the limit of thinking to hurt myself and have no hope in this life.
They don’t communicate with you regarding your application at all , I can’t live like this over 10 years I am in this situation and MP , solicitors, council and social services so shocked and like why they do that. The home office been updated fully and aware of everything.

I have had enough I need help my grandma, cousin and some relatives past away I couldn’t even be able to go and have the last hug of their goodbye.

The home office broke me down big time and writing this now here hoping someone can get hold of me and at least speak to me to know what’s going on with this home office. I am Fully sick now from them , doctor call me weekly bases to make sure I am ok , I am not entitled to get free prescriptions or even able to rent or work , I don’t know if am be able to work in this situation, I am so done , if anything happened to me I wanted my voice and words reach out my heart to you all and who actually have concern about human right , where the home office humiliated the human rights , her majesty must look into this and save who she can save before the let who left from this poor people before someone else like me thinking of leaving this world with their own hands.

I am even worrying if I give information who I am they will humiliate me more and more.

I will log in with Facebook and hoping someone truly wanted to help.

We've had no response in 18 weeks. Responses are meant to be given within 8 weeks.

Can't get hold of them. Been waiting on the phone for 26 minutes and still no answer...

Plus they charge extortionate phone call costs

and over £5 to send a single email

Not that this will make any difference cause its a stupid government body, they can do what they bloody want.

6 months to get a PR card. I can get one in a so called emerging market in a month eg Dubai or South Korea. United Kingdom has taken almost 6 months which means it should be a so called third world country classification. Absolutely useless and not fit for purpose.

I went to Glasgow UK Visa and Immigration office to submit my citizenship application. Lovely Sarah dealt with me and she couldn't be more helpful, nice and accomodating! I hope she will get recognised at work, because she made the whole experience stress free and, tbh, very pleasant.

I have had many paperwork thorughout my life through different organizations/ government agencies. UKVCAS is the worst of all. It is a scam and they just want the money and provide no service. Agents on phone are rude and have no sympathy at all. I wonder when they interview people for jobs, they choose the most unfriendly, improfessional and evil people. I hate them with my guts.

Paid nearly £350 for 5 day fast track service directly to UKVI and it has been 2 weeks no decision has been made. you pay more money if you want to contact them. £2.70 just to email them asking why they failed. And they don't even reply your query properly but says we have escalated the query and should be resolved with in 14 days!!! Really. Never pay for any of their services which they cannot fulfil. They are just making money because no one can fight them back.
