Very helpful

Very helpful. Jake and Wojtek identified the replacement parts I needed from digital images I sent them. You cannot beat Uheat for customer service.

We have always had a great warmth…

We have always had a great warmth feeling under our feet, after installing Uheat flooring products. Now, we are loooking forward for the latest new installation in our house, when i install it. Thanks for the Jokes as well. Kind regards, Richard at the Wonderful World of Sewing.

Bought a 10m2 underwood heating mat…

Bought a 10m2 underfloor heating mat and programmer. Arrived on time and now installed and working well. Did send a silver controller, when I ordered white, but minor issue, not gonna mark down on that !

first time order

Contacted before ordering to ask a technical question, good information given back. Placed the order product was shipped within the hour can’t really ask for a better service it’s just down to Royal Mail to complete the service level.
