I was informed every step of the way from the time I completed the details about the job online. When the plumber arrived and I showed him the job at hand I was informed every step of the way about what he had to do,what was thought to be at first to be an expensive and few hours job was sorted in less than an hour which we was both happy about. Blocked toilet sorted no problem. Well done...

The engineer was booked with plenty of advance information about what the problem was, but the first 20 minutes were spent trying to convince me to have a new pump installed instead of actually doing something (the pump is working, but doesn't turn on/off automatically). Eventually he was ready to check and do what he had been called to do, only to find out that the a valve from the tank could not be turned off.
The £102 for this visit could at least have been used to replace the valve, but he didn't have a replace valve in the van and would have needed to go to a shop to get it, making the visit cost twice as much (yet I had been told "We do stock standard parts when attend" when I asked before booking them, but I guess a valve is a very rarely needed part in plumbing).

We were having a pretty bad leaking issue several months ago and Anthony came out to resolve it. He did a fantastic job and we have not had any issues from that area since. He was able to easily explain the causes and kindly informed us of the third-party work that should be carried out to prevent any future issues.

Anthony phoned ahead to advise of arrival in the previously advised time-slot. Quickly replaced tap and connections. He identified problem with sink waste system, provided replacements and carried out installation for a reasonable additional cost.
Will recommend to friends and neighbours with similar tasks.

Ryan and Glenn were amazing! Great work and really great guys. A pleasure to be around and would highly recommend using them. We had a custom made outdoor shower built which wasn't your usual task but they were able to fulfil all requirements needed. Very impressed. Thank you chaps!!

Anthony was punctual, very friendly, listened to my explanation of what had happened and dealt with the issue professionally and effectively - he was careful, paid attention to the details and checked and rechecked the repair to ensure that the problem really was dealt with.

One of the best.. Two friendly, intelligent, efficient plumbers arrived before time (but with warning) and did all we asked and gave us a lot of good advice for the future. We know who we will go back to - it will be Uber Plumbers.

I booked them online and they managed to provide plumber in a two hour time period I requested. Anthony who came over was very professional, mindful and accountable. He recognised the problem and explained it fully to me. The company also provides a tracking service once the plumber is on his way, I find this very useful. Overall, very happy with the service provided.

My whole experience dealing with UP was impeccable from start to finish. Their response times were quick, their technology excellent and the all round customer service was flawless. They were able to fit me in short notice, and the job itself was carried out professionally and effectively. They might not be the cheapest but they are the best trades company I've used, and I've used a few. Ryan, Glenn and Dilwar my engineer I'm all very grateful to. Would definitely use again.

The Uber plumber replaced the bits and pieces in a leaking lavatory cistern and needed to make a return visit as there was a problem with the inlet and valve. He explained what the problem was and how he needed to change the unit. He supplied the parts and did the work professionally and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent, friendly service -- and all to time, as arranged

aside from an initial hiccup with getting in contact (the website likely ironing out teething problems), once I was in the system, I felt properly taken care of. I had problems with hot water in kitchen and bathroom; Anthony was great and fixed my problems where he could, (also stopped a different leak I'd not even asked about) and advised how to fix problems which went beyond the plumbing. Really helpful.

Very efficient reservation service (my boiler broke on Friday afternoon and they could come on Friday night or Saturday morning).
The expert (Glenn) came and managed to have a very detailed and professional check without spending more time than needed. Glenn checked not only the reasons why the boiler had broken but also more broadly the installation and found some safety issues. He then proposed to have a call with my landlord to explain why the boiler had to be changed and while the landlord was initially not too keen to do it, he was convinced and the boiler could be changed, so very helpful during the whole process. I definitely recommend them.

We have had Uber plumbers out twice now for two separate reasons, both times we were visited by Stan.
The service was impeccable, we were seen on the day of making contact, quick & speedy work, no hidden costs, no parking or congestion charge.
Overall we couldn't recommend them enough. Finding a good plumber in London is hard but there guys are fab!
